Unfortunately true.. However the upload speed for HD is so slow, it would take day's to upload video. And I simply can not justify that much time, since I am always on the go I must rely on public wifi to get my video's uploaded. The camera's operation however is demonstrated and it's over all performance was, and is, top notch.
put it on wifi with your phone....leave it outside....and operate it from inside you house with your phone....i set it up on my phone to take pictue at30sec.....funny to looke at results on the 32gb card
I just shot video with mine today... I uploaded to my leather working channel "alaska leather works".. it has been a great performer all these years...
WARNING!! This camera does not work as for filming, the duration is only 5minutes and cut it self off and you have to re stared again and continue to recording, it does not continue to record continuously, and the batteries they deplete fast as well, it is not word-ted to buy it, I do not recommended, for people that wants to film with out stopping every 5 minutes.
I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with the camera. I feel your frustration. I know you know this, but I would have the seller, or manufacturer make it right. I have worked in the mfg business for decades.. and sometimes things just get out that shouldn't leave the factory. I have been using my camera for over 2 years and it still works fine. No one I have recommended it to gas told me of issues. I do hope you get the situation resolved. Let me know how it turns out. I hope today turns out better for you... regards..
That extra back with the holes is for using the protective case when total waterproofing is not necessary but sound is!

This was the perfect tutorial for me. Some of them go way too fast for me. This helped me to understand my camera better. Just got it today!

Yup!! I botched that one! I bet I got it right in one of the million clips I shot, but used the wrong one!!.. Oh well..... :)
