I LOVE watching these Market Prep videos! I am in absolute awe of the amount of prep you've accomplished, please give yourself a pat on the back... this is no small feat! 👏🏻 Congrats on getting all that you did done! Seriously, you are an inspiration! I am sending all the positive vibes for your market!!! ✨✨✨
That beautiful cream colored blanket would make a wonderful wedding gift! You are very talented, wonderful stitch definition on that. Display in a pretty gift box in a way no little dirty hands can reach it. "Looking for a wedding gift?" sign above it. I've just recently found your channel and my husband is not happy with you. 😁😂 I had put down my hook for a while and now I'm inspired. I hope you will be bringing us along for your market. (edit - yeah you are 😊) Wishing you the best. - Roxanne in Ontario Canada.
That's such a great idea! I didn't have enough space to put it out this event, but I will be doing that for my next event! It might have a chance after all! ☺ I'm glad I could inspire you! He'll forgive you once he sees all the beautiful/cute things you make! 🤭
@@loopsandknotscrochet After years of doing markets I learned people want effortless gifts ready to give. I had gorgeous amigurumi baby rattles out on the table, higher end price point due to the European cotton and nothing sold. Then I happened across these perfect gift boxes and the next market put them out in the boxes with pretty tissue and everything open to see what was inside and I sold all 5 that market. 😉 Going forward I did that for all higher end products I made. Can't wait for the video that says you sold it 🤞🏻☺️
I absolutely love your videos! They are a great motivater when it comes to market prepping! You are such a inspiration, I just bought your tiny cow pattern and I am in LOVE!!
honestly cant wait for your after event video! i've really enjoyed all these market prep videos you've put out and now im just over here hoping you that sell out at your market! in any case i hope you have a wonderful event!
I'm so excited for you and can't wait to hear your results!! I wish you good luck in your upcoming market. It's been amazing watching your prep journey for this market.,
I love the sunflower dragon! I’m new to your videos, I was wondering if that is one of your patterns? You are very talented and wish you the best of luck at this show!!
All the dragons in this video are my own! Daisy and Willow are extra large patterns, and Dahlia is my smaller version. You can find them all in my Ko-Fi shop! 🥰
I have a video here with some tips and tricks: ruclips.net/video/1niyEc7yuf0/видео.html If you purchase the yarn in person, I'd pull one of the strands and see if it pulls apart. If it's hard to do it, then it's a good ball! It's normal for the fluff on the end to fall off, but if it does it in the middle of a strand, then it's going to be hard to work with. 🥰
I think there are two main reasons. I love completing things! Seeing something complete makes that space between start and finish more enjoyable. I also force myself to complete (nearly all) the projects I start. Even if that means stashing it for 4 months, lol. But you don't have to make a bunch of the same thing for your events either! It'll be a tiny bit harder to keep track of everything, but if you really do enjoy selling stuff, then it's worth it! 🥰
SO impressive!! You should be proud of your hard work. I’m sure it will pay off! I’ve got a couple questions, if you don’t mind. Could you tell me the yarn and name of the color for the blue/green granny stitch baby blanket? I know you said it came from Hobby Lobby. It’s beautiful! Also- How much do you charge for your Mama Made Minis chick and lamb loveys? I couldn’t see their tags in the video. Thanks so much!!
Thank you! That yarn is called Baby Bee Soft + Snuggly in Raincoat. Apparently, the yarn looks different online than in person. 😂 I charged $40 for the chick/duck, and $45 for the sheep. 🥰
It is more expensive to order them, but it's time-consuming to make them. It really depends on what is more valuable to you, time or money. I plan on ordering tags for my next event to take some stress away. ☺️🥰
Here's a playlist to all my patterns! Most of these patterns take under 2 hours and are perfect for gifting! 🥰 ruclips.net/p/PLtwgBYWfTBYv-pK8MEDU5Uko8Nq2C4u9D
Hi , I really enjoy your videos, so I thought I'd finally comment on one and ask some questions. If you don't want to answer any of my questions then that's totally fine, or if you just don't notice this comment that's also of course totally fine. I wanted to ask how old you are, I'm asking because I'd really like to take part in a market like this, but I don't want to get ahead of myself and do something I'm not ready for. How do you price your work? I've noticed a giant price difference in your prices next to the few things I've sold and I don't want undervalue my work... I have many more questions but this comment is already much longer than I wanted it to be😅. Anyway, I wish you a lot of luck at the market!!!!!
I already answered your newer one, but I'll add some more answers here! I'm in my early twenties and started when I was 16ish. If you can handle stress, then you can absolutely do a market! You can also start with only 1 or 2 to get a feel for it first. I only did 2 events in my first 2 years (and I HATED it). Come to find out, my work needed improvement and the event was very much not for me. I found an event I liked going to and worked on the quality of my plushies (remember quality is better than quantity). It just takes time and practice, and then you'll get there! You'll be surprised how fast you become a pro at it all! 🥰

I use Skinny Chenille/ Petite Purl with a 3mm hook! 🥰
The dragons with the fluff, those are beautiful!! Are they ur pattern?😍😍

Where did u get ur yarn?
Hello from UK. Any idea when your kitty pattern will be released?
Hi! It should be out on the 10th! 🥰☺️
@ Oh wow, how exciting! 🥳 Thank you so much for letting me know 💚
Hi! What yarn do you recommend using? What yarn do you use for your plushies? Do you have a Q&A with similar questions?
Can I purchase some mini axolotls?
How do you sew with fluffy yarn? Every time I try, it just sheds and I can’t sew so I normally use normal regular weight yarn😅
I have a video here with some tips and tricks: ruclips.net/video/1niyEc7yuf0/видео.html

How do u make so many of one thing i stuggle to prep few of the same thing i get bored from it

Is it more cost effective to print your own tags? I have bought them off vista print and I felt like they were pretty spendy for what they are
It is more expensive to order them, but it's time-consuming to make them. It really depends on what is more valuable to you, time or money. I plan on ordering tags for my next event to take some stress away. ☺️🥰

I think I heard a mention of "Skinny Chenille" in the video, I'll try to watch back and timestamp it if I get a chance! 🙂
