Not every vet can get a VA loan. There's different levels of vets. Depends on how long you were in.
Right now I'm renting and trying to get a different job and going through some legal matter I'm hoping after June or July I'm hoping to buy a house and enough land to put a shop to put a business problem is I don't have the money I want to start some where
nothing down, means big monthly payments.
Depends on your definition of "big". For a lot of people, it's still less than rent in the same areas.

Hey Paul, I am a Vet & Educator at the school you and I both graduated from, Churchill!! Go Chargers! Class of ‘07 (I’m the assistant JV baseball coach as well lol yaaaay no stipend! Lol) Right now I am renting at my Grandmothers house. She needed assisted living and it was a win win situation. (The house is paid off, and my rent helps pay for her medical/living)... but like I said, I am a Combat Vet, with 70% disability rating (1,400 a month forever-ish) and I have a secure position at Churchill. What can I do to make the transition from renting to owning as seamless as possible, while also taking advantage of all that I can!!!??? Also, my aunt is the power of attorney on everything and our home is will be at a fixed price that is beneficial for all... no matter the market price. Right now we pay $950 a month in rent, but I’m hoping to be in a position to pay less than that on a monthly mortgage. Is this possible and can you help me... how can we exchange info privately to discuss this?

Paul, Can you tell me if there is a minimum amount a house has to be worth in order to get a V. A. loan? If I wanted to move to Detroit and buy a fixer upper...as an example.
Buying a fixer-upper with a VA loan is close to impossible. VA requires the house to be in really good shape for the vet.

have a va loan but spouse works in differnt state, they keep telling him , he cant move us closer to family in Michigan, any loop holes?
Unfortunately your spouse can only use a VA loan on one primary residence - you might be able to use a different loan though. Conventional, FHA, or even USDA if you qualify.
Is the doctor loan includes pharmacist? Also does the the immigration status matter?
From my lender Matt ( movingmi.com/info/Matt ) "No to doc of pharmacy.But if they work for a medical organization there may be other lower down payment and special options.Immigration: they need to be legally allowed to live/work in the us."
