Today I want to share with you a new video, a new recipe for pilaf!
Do you want delicious pilaf, but eat only meat, but you want to cook special pilaf? I suggest making pilaf from minced meat (Gyimaly pilaf)! 🇦🇿
From my experience, this is one of the easiest and fastest pilaf recipes to make. It is prepared quickly and is very helpful when there is little time, and you need to cook something delicious, for example, if there are some guests unexpectedly for the evening. 🙏🏻👍🏻
To do this, I decided to take the meat and chop it with my axes for minced meat. While the minced meat was being prepared, I prepared rice and vegetables in parallel. It turned out very tasty and crumbly pilaf, literally rice to rice, with minced meat and vegetables.
Gyimaly pilaf turned out to be amazingly beautiful and tasty! The smells of fried gasmag mixed with minced meat and spices, which I added during cooking, created an extraordinary combination of exquisite aroma and gorgeous taste! ✨😍
