Best thing I learned for faking strong eye contact is looking at the persons bridge of their nose (as long as they don’t have a “bad” nose) this makes them think you are making prolonged eye contact. Works for me in many situations especially when I interviewed for med school I was told my “confidence” helped me get in. Lol

Yesterday, I went to my first job interview, nothing prestigious mind, but a lot of people were being interviewed yesterday for the same role and I got the job, I knew very little about the company and had no experience (I am fresh out of school), comfortable level of eye contact, smiling occasionally, being myself, having good manners, not being afraid to ask questions to the interviewers, being well-groomed and wearing a shirt got me that job. Also I faked it, all of it. I wasn't dying inside perssay, but i am a bit of a savage that likes to swear and not be well groomed. I have anxiety. Fake it boys :)
idk from my experience w adhd number 1 doesn’t really apply, I’ve found that just being confident and acknowledging it never lost me points with anyone (though I try my best to fidget to a minimum)
