you guys at least get a pretty decent menu in the US, where i live we don’t have a fraction of the US items, the only “exclusive” item we have is a different ice cream flavor thats is super common here, we don’t even have chocolate ice cream 😂 just vanilla and “dulce de leche” (this “”exclusive”” flavor that its not even that exclusive since a couple other countries have it, tho is very regional i guess)

In Chile you can swap the fries in your happy meal for corn or cherry tomatoes. The happy meal also includes fruit juice (boxed) and apple slices or yogurt. This is because of a law that forbids brands to have toys or cartoons in food packaging for unhealthy foods, so brands and chains have played with that to make their foods “healthy” and keep toys and cartoons on the packaging. This has also led to overuse of artificial sweeteners to make the sugar and calorie content of foods smaller.

Polar opposite of the American atmosphere - very quiet, 2+ stories, usually jazz music playing, AMAZING service like you said, and I'd see a lot of moms with their kids not bothering the odd foreigner. My favorite was the "Shakka Shakka Chicken" - basically fried chicken + shake 'n bake seasoning. McDonald's Philippines released a 'Flavors of Japan' line with the Ebi Burger, Samurai Teriyaki Burger, Nori Shake Shake Fries, and Fuji Apple Fizz Drink. I loved the Teriyaki Burger and Nori Shake Shake Fries. The Ebi burger here looked different and tasted a little bland. Stll better than a Fillet-o-fish, imo. If ever you come here, we have chicken and spaghetti as well as a lot of rice meals. 😁
When I lived in the Philippines there was a McTeriyaki burger on the menu at McD's, and had rice patties instead of bread. Food around the world is an experience all it's own.

I can imagine a lot of things are better in Japan, especially the fast food. I don't eat McDonald's anymore, but I would try this. I lived in Japan for 3 years in the military at Misawa, and I ate the local fare every chance I could. Loved all that food, the tonkatsu, maki sushi, pickled eggplants, all amazing. And it's no surprise that they packed this food meticulously, because I know that the Japanese have a strong work ethic and take pride in their work, unlike the majority of kids that work in fast food in the states. Pregnancy always brings out the childhood food favourites haha
Freckle Finance I literally stopped eating fried foods when I became a young adult and here I am, 34 years old and I’ve been eating a portion of french fries every week for 7 months. Can’t stop craving them 😅
I'm from the Netherlands and we do have a couple of items only sold here like the McFlurry Stroopwafel and the McKroket. And a very special yellow fry sauce that's only available in the Netherlands and Belgium.
😬😬😬 I need Japan 🇯🇵 I am sick as heck and binge watching Emmy. I have only missed a few videos. I fell asleep at 3 am and woke up at 520 am and can’t fall back to sleep, 8:45 am and I am hoping emmys soothing video help me get tired 😴
