So... when you finish going around the edge sewing things together, do you tie both ends together? I don't know if it matters or not. Also, I am having a hard time following my first thread around once I folded it up to make a smooth edge. Maybe it will get easier with experience?
I won’t tie both ends together but I will overlap the sewing to make it stronger. Definitely will get easier with experience 💪

I have a sewing machine and have made some very complicated things. But. I always hesitate at hemmings pants cause they end up like my bangs, one side is always shorter than the other. l convince myself I like the "puddle" look. lolol

My calves are too slim in comparison to my thighs so my jeans everywhere fits perfectly except the area below my knees ... Claves are 12.5 inch so you can imagine..yeah m working on it but till then what should I do to fit them perfectly.

Yo sorry if this is a dumb question but do I have to cut it before stitching it cause I'm scared of completely messing it up lol
If you don't cut it before stitching then it will be super hard to stitch! I recommend cutting a little bit first and if you think its still too long after you stitch then you can unstitch and cut a bit more :)

The cost to have someone else to do it is expensive. It takes a long time to sew the way he does and I doubt it took him 20 minutes to hem both legs. I have done this before to one pair of pants and it took me over an hour to do both legs.
