- A good Samaritan helped to save a baby from tragedy along I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia.
Christine King said she was driving near the Cottman Avenue exit when she spotted a man threatening to throw a child off the overpass.

"I couldn't just pass after I saw the baby. And after I seen him trying to throw the baby over, I couldn't let it go," King said.

This is the 4th story I've seen this week of attempted or achieved murders of small children (under 3) this week by adults in the US. Something has to be done about our mental health crisis.
People are giving up . It's the end get used to it .
Children have become disposable. It’s very sad. Ever since Casey Anthony got away with murdering her sweet baby, I have seen a huge increase into children being murdered.

Personally, I hope the child is too young to realize the danger she was in and will never remember this potentially horrific event. I'm sure the mother will be shaken for some time to come, but maybe it will make her a little more selective in the men she chooses to date in the future? Single parents with children need to be very careful as to who they allow around their children. In the meantime, blessings are sent to all, and especially to Christina King for stepping in to save this child. She is truly a guardian angel.

Thank God this baby and it's Guardian Angel good Samaritan are ok! I hope the mother can keep this guy away from her and her baby. This heroic woman was brave and selfless, she jumped into action without regard to her own safety. This could have gone wrong on so many levels! The combination of this woman's bravery and moms quick thinking to grab the gun was serendipitous.

Incredible how there’s 1 person who risks everything for a stranger. Even though there may have been others seeing the case or witnessing a tragedy there’s seems to only be one person who runs before all the others and becomes the hero. You truly are special thank you for what you did!
