Great Vid, but just a little correction on the chemistry. Even if the CO2 scrubber removes all of the CO2 in a high CO2 environment, lets say 1000ppm that is only removing .1% of the air volume. O2 gas makes up 20.95 percent of our atmosphere and the rest is N2 gas. Removing the CO2 increased the percentage of O2 by maybe .02%. That still leaves roughly 78% of the air entering the skimmer an N2gas. All that said removing CO2 does bump the pH up and in doing that it pushes the Bicarbonate /Carbonate balance slightly toward the Carbonate side of the equation.
