I would love to see a video about corals that typically play nice with each other. You could break it up between expert, intermediate, and beginner corals. Basically techniques of how to fill out a reef the way you guys do it! You have done several tanks and I think people want to know the thought process of how you design with respect to filling it all in.
Reef don't play nice together that's why it's built on the dead of the conqured. It's always a war, just keep same species near same and you'll avoid a chemical war.
Thank you so much! I’ve been looking for this type of video ALL OVER the internet. This video is straightforward, yet goes into depth about how to care for and maintain the coral. I’m definitely subscribing and liking. Thank you for this excellent video! Suggestion: Do Top Ten easiest/Hardiest anemones to keep in a saltwater aquarium.
So I have had my tank for about 5 years maybe longer everything seems have crazy growth... except my green star polyps ive lost alot of green star polyps over the years tried everything. What light would you suggest for a 40g breeder I have a arctic- T247 I think it may be the issue
Growth rate, availability, and demand. There are some soft corals that takes forever to grow/ multiply. While there are some hard corals that can actually grow pretty quick. If you go on our website, you can find wysiwyg frags with photos and approx. size
@@WorldWideCorals As a working research diver and coral reef biologist I assure you it is not a coral. It is however in the same phylum as coral " cnidarians". They do not accrete calcium carbonate like stony hexacoral nor do they fit the family octocoral or gorgonian (meaning multiples of 8 tentacles).
@@shanewever understood, and point taken. The hobby in general misidentifies them as corals. However what makes this debatable is that you may well be the only professional coral biologist that debates this in the hobby to such a finite discription. WWC is not trying to spread misinformation. These animals are grouped in as coral just like the misidentified "mushroom anemones."

That's a great idea Todd! We'll consider it for future vids!

They are probably the easiest corals to take care of. Check your water parameters as well
FIRST!!! Love you guys! The BEST
AWSOME & thank you!!
Is blue sympodium invasive like blue clove polyps or xenia? I think it would.look great as a filler on the maon rock work.
Great video!
Thanks for checking out our video. Don't forget to like and subscribe, we're working on more stuff.
Hi I loved your top 10 beginner corals I'd like to see the top 10 medium to harder lps and sps please.
We will take that into consideration. Thank you so much for checking out our videos
I just received my very first order from WWC today!
We hope you enjoy your new corals and thank you for shopping with us!
Can any of these survive 30-32C? I have coral now, mushrooms, and they're one of the very few that can survive these temparatures.
You don’t want your corals to just survive, you want them to thrive. That temperature is too high. We suggest 74-78 F
Great video! You guys rock! Thanks for all you do for us.
Thank you for checking out our videos!! We appreciate it
Top 10 best beginner SPS video would be very informative
Thank you for the suggestion, we will keep that in mind
The top 10 easiest fish and the top 10 easiest SPS corals!!
Yes! We'll do our best to make this happen this year!
Nice Video
Thank youuuuuuuu!!!
Question: What is the name of the ZOA at 7:50 ? (rich purple with orange dots)
worldwidecorals.com/collections/zoanthids/products/wwc-illuminati-zoanthids
(found it). That is amazing.
WWC Illuminati
How about a top ten most outstanding SPS
We are working on more videos like this. Stay tuned
Can I mix all this 10 in 1tank?
What are best reel fish for a beginner reel?
What size reef do you have?
That thumbnail looool I'm 2 years into the hobby and still feel like I look like that walking into a fish store
Like a kid in a candy store! It’s good to have the same feeling of excitement and eagerness to learn, even after all these years :)
i would like to see top 10 brightest zoathids
Good suggestion!
Great vid guys! But as you have the "know how" the space and aviability lets se angels fish in a reef tank next. Thanks and good luck!
Angel Fish in a Reef Tank are hit or miss. Now if you have a full on SPS tank, Angels will work perfectly. We'd love to get to that point :)
@@WorldWideCorals I'm sure you can do that and show us all.
can all of them be kept together in one tank.
the sound for LOU?
No that isn't Lou. It is our web manager Chris Tunier
dude, that anthelia will out grow space super fast. mine is totally out of control.
What sucks for me is I can't keep any of these corals for more than a month. It's so sad because I wanna be in the hobby.... its just so expensive.
In the beginning, keep an eye on your tank parameters and test your water often
This sounds like Mad Hatter Reef
He has a lot of informative videos.
Can the Cespitularia take over a tank, similar to the way pulsing xenia can? Or is it not as fast-growing?
It grows like cancer! No joke.
It can, but they do grow slower, so just keep them isolated and keep an eye on them.
Top 10sps❤
Kenias tree it’s very easy
It's true! We could have put them in this top 10 as well!
I have number 8.
Niceee 🤘🤘
And here i am losing every zoa i put on my tank
What about a top ten reef/saltwater fish for beginners?
We'll do that vid for sure!
I want 3-4 corals, 2 fish and 2 crustaceans
zoanthids is some dangerous shit for beginners
Some can be, especially when it comes to fragging
man, I've got an ugly brown zoa I got for free that is growing like crazy. meanwhile my pretty red and purple won't do ish. fml 😅
why do the beginer corals cost 70 bucks you dont even say how big

C'mon throw a couple hundred dollar coral their way lol
LOL!
Zoanthids are not actually corals
That's debateable

What do your water parameters have to be at for these type of easy corals ?
