Liquid ballast makes a big difference 💪🏻
Something to consider after loading your tires is placing a sticker close to the valve stem to indicate they're ballasted. It's good to have a reminder before removing a wheel that now has 600+ pounds of liquid ballast installed. Great demonstration Hank!

I saw a large tractor tire being filled with water blow up because pressure went way too high . It was a brand new tire being filled at a tire shop which shot water 20 ft high

I use a shutoff between the hose and filler. That way I can shut off water and release air ever 5 minutes or so. I also let the water drain then put the valve stem back in and add air to factory setting.🚜

On Another Note: having the Windows shut, is an "ACCEDENT waiting to happen", when Werken around "Assistants"....you can't hear the screams or the bones crushing. This is the "Main disavantage" of Enclosed-Cab Tractors-Equipment. Even by having the side windows open, this would BE So much Safer.

I live in central Missouri and have had straight water in the rear of my craftsman gt6000 from the 80s for more than 10yrs. Winters here we have single and below zero very often. No problems at all.

The only problem with filling w/ water especially in cold weather states. They need to have ant freeze or like pickle juice . The bad thing about using water is it will rust the wheel . From the west coast of Tennessee

When I bought my tractor I didn't get the tires loaded ether. But after about 4 months of owning it I had the tires filled. I brought it back to the dealer I bought it from and they used washer fluid that's good to -40°. But living in MN I can't use just straight water. Wish I could have though.

At the time I bought my T474C I greatly preferred it to it's counterpart the RK37SC because the TYM has the Kukje engine and 11 more horse power. However, the RK does have it's advantages, namely some of what TYM offers as options, the RK had as standard, among these, loaded tires, a second rear hydraulic remote, and all the lights were LED
It bothered me that I had to pay for my tire ballast and hydraulics, but I did. I got the second rear hydraulic and third function, as well as block heater.

I am no scientist in the least bit, but I don't think that water alone will rust metal such as rims all that bad. I kind of think that the process requires oxygen as well. I could be wrong about that and if so, perhaps one of your viewers and correct me on that.
I live in Florida as well and wouldn't be afraid to use water at all. As of matter of fact, I have used distilled water in radiators and never had a problem.
One other method that I have seen is rather than positioning the valve stem at 12:00 to start, position the valve stem at about either 10:00 or 2:00 and put fluid in to there. Then position the valve stem to 12:00 to add your air. I don't know which method is "right", that's just the way that I have seen it done. I don't think it really matters as long as you have the added ballast.

12 lb of air with the fluid you want about three lugs on the ground when you're done

With water pressure ranging from 40-80 psi its not a good idea to "just let er rip"( air & water pressure are the same,& NO Tractor tire needs to be inflated to 40PSI or Above)!!!. By having the valve stem at "12 o'clock a "full-fill"( 3/4) is achived ,& the EXCESSES water SHOULD just be Blown Off...no Wetness required. Thank you Sir for the Excelent vidio and happy safe tractoring. Best wishes with all your endeavours.

I made my own setup to where the water goes in the tire but has adjustable tee valve that lets water go in and air pressure out. That way you get full water to the stem and no air pressure build up. Then you can add a little air. Just sayin.
