I like these fo head kicks since it has the cushing at the top. And moves around. The banana bag doesn't move as much. I like them all actually haha they each have their pros, cons, and way of being used
@@IronboyExperience I agree , the are all needed. Was thinking about this one for my home since my gym has the tradtionals and not this one. Once the gyms open back up I probably will only use it once a week anyway.

Tear drop bag and bowling bag but the one with the hump at the top for Uppercuts
