I've been watching you for awhile, and find your videos so calming. This plan made me get the app! I was plant based on and off for a few years and felt great. Recently started transitioning back as I went back to eating SAD after the pandemic... but started and feeling awful and having so many allergy issues. I'm struggling with feeling like cooking so need something easy, simple, but delicious. I'm so excited. Everything looks great! Will be starting it next week! I hit subscribe after seeing you showed "how to eat" the meal prep! Most meal prep channels (vegan or otherwise) show how to prep but then dump us alone with our meal prep fears and leave no guide how to plate (or warm up when it's freezer meals) 😥 some stuff is intuitive, some not so much, and sometimes different people just have different ideas (which helps a lot with eating varied stuff!) So i hope you keep making many more videos in the future 🙏

i have already rewatched this video three times - it is such a good one! Normally the meal prep videos are like this: prepare veggies, rice and some protein and put it into 5 containers.. I mean, who wants to eat the same everyday? Definitely not me haha
I made your stew for Christmas dinner and New Year's Eve dinner. It was so, so delicious, and a hit with my hubby (meat eater) and 15yod (mostly vegan). I served it with a crusty homemade bread. The stew is now one of my favorite things to eat!!

Been obsessed with your recipes for a year now. Wondering whether you could help me make some soups that I love at my local vegan cafe. My favourite ones are Celeriac and mix veg Broccoli, zucchini and spinach Sweet potato, carrot and ginger Pumpkin, carrot, onion, garlic and spices (not sure what spices they use but your food is wonderful so I’m sure you’ll have a better idea) topped with cumin seed, black sesame and hemp seeds. French onion soup Much appreciated it and hopefully this helps add more wonderful recipes to your brilliant app xxx

Looks so delicious! I probably wouldn't do this meal plan because I'm slightly lazy lol. I am for sure going to try the autumn stew, herby sweet potatoes and probably the roasted pumpkin pasta! (I've been on a pasta kick lately) So excited. Thank you for all these fun, tasty but quick recipes. 🤗🥰

@@opidasdagoat Potatoes help in thickening the soup as well and they taste pretty neutral. Add 1-2 medium sized potatoes :D
