It doesn't have to be overwhelming to do a decent meal prep! Hope this video helped 😊 You find all meal prep recipes written in the description box above 👆🏼 and you find my app with the meal planner here: fivesechealth.page.link/app
I just purchased the annual plan. Love the lower price. A couple of suggestions: 1. A print function would be nice. I like to make my notes on a printed copy. It would also be helpful when planning the week to see which recipes have common ingredients. 2. For the menu planner, it would be helpful to have 3 meals per day, i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Anyway, I really liked this video because you did all the planning. It encouraged me to buy the premium subscription.
I would love ❤️ more of these types of videos...meal prep is something that I really really struggle with. I loved your tips in the video and will be trying this ,this week. Thank you so very much!
I have been using your app for meal planning and grocery shopping for the last four weeks. It has made my meals organized and easy and we are saving a ton of money on groceries. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
LOVE YOU AND YOUR VIDS ❤️ I was trying to go vegan for about 10 years and found it so difficult. Since watching your vids I find it soooo much easier as the food you make is so healthy and fresh and bright, I look forward to eating it and don’t miss meat anywhere near as much 🤍 appreciate all the work you put in!!
wonderful! would love to see more meal prep videos with overlapping ingredients like this one, perhaps some summer ones and some winter ones. Thank you x
These videos are truly helpful! I get bored easily eating the same things. You show us how to take a few ingredients and make different meals out of them ❤❤
Alexandra your videos have helped me so much with eating more plant based meals. Your content is so aesthetically pleasing also, thankyou so much for your wonderful content
Such a game changing video! Love the app and if you could show us more ways to prep more recipes in the app at a time like this one, would love! Although your guide is so clear, I'm sure I'll come up with several myself! Having our first baby soon and so grateful to have discovered these tips before she arrives! Thank you!!
Hi Alexandra- I have cooked every meal this week from your app! I love it and all the recipes have all been delicious and interesting. Love your recipes so much. Thank you!🥰
Everything looks so delicious! I struggle to find variety and come up with recipes when trying to meal plan for the week, and not having to eat the same thing over and over. I would love to see more of what you eat in a day or week! I also have a toddler so kid approve meals would be awesome as well!
I subsribed to the app, it helps so much with tasty vegan meals but i love love love how much easier it is to clean up. I feel so much more relaxed now. Thank you Alexandra!
I would love some more seasonally focused plans. I grow as much as i can and its really nice to recipes ready when things are ripe ( like okra in the hottest part of summer, i usually do a chillie garlic or dry curry )
I loved this! I consider myself a pro-home chef with many years of cooking for my family. I found this very easy just from watching this video I was able to recreate everything and most importantly they are delicious. Also, these recipes are easy to modify for my family, some of whom have food allergies, which I can just replace or omit an item. Thank you for you hard work creating these videos, I really enjoy them!
I have one previous video about this, baby led weaning :) I usually let her eat as we eat now (she's 12,5 month). She can't chew hard raw veggies but then I boil or bake them. She loved the sweet potato curry & beans in this video for example! I just mash ut up a little so that it's easier to eat with a spoon. And when there's a lot of salt in a recipe I remove some for her before adding all of the salt
Loved this meal prep video!!!! It made this kind of meal prep seem helpful to me for the first time ❤. I am the only cook in our house & the same, or similar, foods 2 days in a row is not received well. I also work part time, so this style should really help with work days & after school activity days. Thank you!!
Thank you! 🙏🏽 As I said, prepping just a few things can take you a long way! 😊 hope this method helps you in the kitchen. your family is lucky to have someone who cooks every day ❤️
I love this, Alexandra. Also love Mexican flavors. It's rare that I see all recipes that I'd actually want to make. I'm single and I don't mind eating 4 servings of the same thing but I like this idea of varying the meals with some shared components. I made a sheet pan shawarma last week that made 4 servings. It was very good but as you mentioned vegetables are better freshly roasted. Your previous video was sheet pan meals. What would work for me with sheet pan meals is to prep the vegetables and sauce ahead but save the roasting before eating. Thanks for all of your help! Edited to add: I just purchased the annual subscription. I appreciate that the price has been lowered. I also subscribed specifically because of this video and how you have planned the meals and prep. I would love to see more videos like this. Question: is there a way to print the recipes? I like to do my own calorie count and note any changes I make. I know there's a note section but for me it's easier to have a printed recipe.
Oooh I LOVE Mexican flavors 🙏🏽 happy you enjoyed the video! And also very happy to read that you find the app helpful ❤️ unfortunately you can't print recipes from the app
Love the video and I am a long-term subscriber. Would love to see the whole week including breakfast, lunch and dinners for people that work long hours is like a nine a day
Love this video and meal prep method, would love to see more of these weekly meal preps with recipes from your app that share similar ingredients! I'm going to do this one tomorrow for this week, thank you for taking all the guesswork and stress out. Love your videos so much!! ❤
Thank you for this helpful video. I am the only plant based eater in my family of six. I am the cook at home, so that is helpful. But I find it overwhelming sometimes to cook two different meals every day. Could you give me some tips on how to combine the two lifestyles and still be able to eat wholesome?
Love the meal prep ideas and all of your recipes are always delicious! My biggest challenge is BREAKFAST ideas that are low in sugar and have some satiating fats/proteins. I’m fine when I have extra time, but would love some meal prep ideas for quick and nourishing breakfasts! 🙏🏻❤️
Your memories of Rome have brought on so many memories from my younger years traveling and living freely without expectations or motherhood responsibilities. They will always be cherished. Your little human is growing so quickly, as is mine. It’s so much fun to see them start to participate, use more and more words, and develop a deeper understanding of the world as they explore with wide eyes.
I really needed this video! Thank you for doing this. I struggle to know what to put together to make a meal and what foods can actually be heated up and how to heat up different food types. Can you please make more of these videos please? Unfortunately I don't like tofu, tempeh nor tahini 😫 so I struggle how to get the protein my body needs.
I cook every two days because on the other day when I don't cook I eat the leftovers which I don't mind doing (it's better than wasting the food). Love 🥰 this video and all Alexandra's videos. Love 💕 Alexandra.
Love this! Looks easy, satisfying and delicious 😋 please could you do some packed lunches for us girlies who have to eat on the run and don't have access to a fridge or stove at lunchtime ❤
Absolutely love your recipes! I could use your help… I’ve been using a food processor for my sauces. The cashew based sauce tends to be grainy on almost any recipe I try. Any suggestions?
You asked us to share our meal prep struggles, so here goes. I have a subscription for your 5 Sec App and I love it, thank you. I have prepared so many of your meals therefore I know your cooking style well enough to know that most of what you create not only I but my family will love. I have been WFPB for 3 years now and lost a lot of weight when I first started eating this way. Unfortunately I have been stuck at my current weight for almost a year and really need to lose more weight to be at a healthy BMI. I am now on a special diet (like a Dr. McDougall diet) that is going very well and I’m enjoying eating this way but I keep running into some conflicts with your recipes. For now, just until I lose the weight I need to eat only Beans, Whole intact Grains, Fruits and Vegetables which includes potatoes and sweet potatoes. It’s a low-fat whole food plant based diet which means no pasta, no avocado, no nuts, no coconut milk and definitely no oil. I know it’s a lot to ask but I also know if anyone could handle this challenge it would be you. Can you make a meal prep video with these limitations?
Are you allowed to have tofu? You can sub out cashews for silken tofu or white beans. For the nut butters, I will mix pb2 and water for a much lower calorie pb flavour. Also, I found just going from 7500 steps to 10,000/day was enough to kick me off of my plateau.
@@annoyingbutmorallyconsistent Thank you, you’re very kind to take the time to share your tips. I’ve tried subbing white beans for cashew and didn’t care for it. Since I love tofu and it’s allowed, I will be certain to try that. As for the pb2, I’m doing that already. I really only commented because she asked and I thought it would be great to have a super strict version of her incredibly useful meal preps. I have a diet and nutrition coach that I’ve hired and am finally losing weight again. Thank you again 😊
I'm happy you like the app and find it helpful ❤️ As the previous comment writes, I would also try and substitute the cashews in sauces for silken tofu instead (but decrease the liquid otherwise it will be too runny). I would also say to go for whole foods like you already do, make big volume salads with veggies, legumes and grains. Switch out oil for water, make hummus dressings instead of nut and seed butter dressing (see my video "7 dressings") .. However, I'm not a nutritionist and it's good that you have someone you can go and talk to :)
I was also filming so the filming part takes a looong time.. but when I did it off camera with cleanup it took a little more than 1 hour. The meal prepping coking part took an hour :)
When a recipe calls for cashews to be blended to make a sauce, does anyone know how to do a conversion to simply use raw cashew butter? I don't have a high-speed blender and I think starting with cashew butter would result in a smoother sauce. 😊
Agree with the previous comment, try with half amount first and see how the consistency is 😊.. not sure if it will thicken in the fridge though, like it does when blending cashews
Mine is vegan & finds he feels full faster eating this way; possibly because he is more nourished. He isn't a big fan of just salad but everything else fills him up!
I cook every two days because on the other day when I don't cook I eat the leftovers which I don't mind doing (it's better than wasting the food). Love 🥰 this video and all Alexandra's videos. Love 💕 Alexandra.

You know your a pro in the kitchen when you can meal prep in white linen pants😉
🤣 there wasn't a single stain. Must be a pro then haha
Why take a risk? Wear an apron. 😊
I finally got the app, and it’s a GAME changer for anyone who wants to go vegan. Seriously. The most simplified meal planner… 😊
I really like idea of making the potatoes on the day compared to reheated potatoes. It is a huge difference. Thankyou
I would love ❤️ more of these types of videos...meal prep is something that I really really struggle with. I loved your tips in the video and will be trying this ,this week. Thank you so very much!
really hope your week is getting better this time then ☺️ happy you enjoyed ❤️

Am watching this later in March but I ALWAYS love your videos. The food is fantastic!!!! Thank you.
I loved this! I consider myself a pro-home chef with many years of cooking for my family. Can you show how you feed your baby? I love your channel and need more insight how to prepare food for mine.
I have one previous video about this, baby led weaning :) I usually let her eat as we eat now (she's 12,5 month). She can't chew hard raw veggies but then I boil or bake them. Maybe youncould screenshot it and then print the screenshot
That's a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
Love the video and I am a long-term subscriber. Would love to see the whole week including breakfast, lunch and dinners for people that work long hours is like a nine a day
I love preparing ingredients instead of meals .then mix or match😊
Meal planning and prep would be so helpful. I struggle so much with that alone!!!!
This was the tastiest meal prep … easy and yummy!! ❤
Love this video and meal prep method, would love to see more of these weekly meal preps with recipes from your app that share similar ingredients! I'm going to do this one tomorrow for this week, thank you for taking all the guesswork and stress out. Love your videos so much!! ❤

Love this! Looks easy, satisfying and delicious 😋 please could you do some packed lunches for us girlies who have to eat on the run and don't have access to a fridge or stove at lunchtime ❤
I love your recipes so yummy🥹🤍
Meal prep videos always come in handy. Thanks!
Great video Alexandra! Could you do more kid friendly recipes?
Thank you. You make cooking look easy, like planning and cooking.
Do you have recipes using American celery?
Yes I have
Thanks for showing us how it's done one more time. Great tips and recipes as always. Cheers!
I just purchased your app❤ the spicy cilantro -jalapeño sauce looks delicious !!! I need to try that ❤
Could you add a overlapping ingredient filter to your app? That would be awesome
I get kind of sick of eating bowls all the time for dinner but it is quick if you have prepped some of the food.
I LOVE your videos! You are MY Favourite to watch.. I bought your app so I need to use it :)
You are so awesome!!! You helped go vegan in a healthy manner. Your app is wonderful. Thank you 😍
These look so good but are the macros higher in Carbs than protein? Can they be adjusted? Nice content, thanks!
Absolutely love your recipes!

Love your recipes & App! Do you have a link or info on where to purchase the stacking glass food containers? Thanks!
Could you please make travel friendly lunches video for work thanks:)
adding this to my list 🙏🏽
Can you do more higher protein videos?
Amazing! Can’t wait to try it out! Thank you ❤ also random but could you link your meal prep containers? They are lovely
They're from IKEA 😊
Where do you get the containers with wood lids?
IKEA 😄
This is great--thank you
Alexandra, what is your non-stick pan? Can you send a link? Thank you!
Where are your food containers from?
Love your videos!! ❤One question. Where did you get the air tide containers? They look beautiful and very practical.
Thanks! They are from IKEA :)
Fantastic healthy food mam
Love your videos! ❤❤❤
thank you so much! ❤️
Hello can you do some with nut free, not coco oil, nuts etc. my son is allergic to nuts .
Can you link your glass w/wood lids containers?
IKEA
Yep, ikea :)
Thank you ❤
It's always a bit difficult to eat greens. Sometimes I'm too tired and lazy from work.
Yum. delicious
What is the name of the blender? I am searching for one
Do you eat most of these bowls cold? Or do you heat , rice, beans veg etc
How long start to finish did it take to make all 4 meals including clean up?
I was also filming so the filming part takes a looong time.. but when I did it off camera with cleanup it took a little more than 1 hour. The meal prepping coking part took an hour :)
Very good video 👏 and tasty recipe 😋 amazing 😍
wonderful, thank you very much Alexandra.I love your videos. Alina looks so cute, such a darling. 🙂
thank you! 🥰
Genuis!!❤❤❤
very inspiring
When a recipe calls for cashews to be blended to make a sauce, does anyone know how to do a conversion to simply use raw cashew butter? I don't have a high-speed blender and I think starting with cashew butter would result in a smoother sauce. 😊
I would start with half the amount of cashews and see how your sauce turns out. The adjust for your preferences. Brilliant idea 💡
Agree with the previous comment, try with half amount first and see how the consistency is 😊.. not sure if it will thicken in the fridge though, like it does when blending cashews
So any ideas for a recipe that doesn't include soap in the dressing?
haha you could do basil 😄 haven't tried but I think it should work pretty well
Do you ever give the amounts of ingredients? Asking for a friend.
Hi Alexander - I downloaded your app but decided not to use it. How can I cancel the payment, if it has gone through. Sorry Nimal
Yummy 😋
Hi Alexandra , is your husband vegan too? Because men love to eat and they don't get full with vegan meals .
Mine is vegan & finds he feels full faster eating this way; possibly because he is more nourished. He isn't a big fan of just salad but everything else fills him up!
Yes he is 😊 he eats like me but slightly bigger portions
macros missing
❤
Making adult meal components kid friendly
❤ i will try this🫶
I cook every two days because on the other day when I don't cook I eat the leftovers which I don't mind doing (it's better than wasting the food). Love 🥰 this video and all Alexandra's videos. Love 💕 Alexandra.
that's smart! We do that as well when we have anything leftover 😊
