Thank you for Avocado Chickpea Mash recepie, it is FANTASTIC!! It tastes like a chicken salad 😂 While I am usually afraid that my food would be dry and tasteless, this mash proves me wrong being creamy-mayonnaisy goodness without tons of cashew or some other fancy ingredient! Love it! ❤
Ohhh those brownie bliss bars were so good!!! They taste like less-sweet versions of the no-bake chocolate and peanut butter oatmeal cookies I had as a child. I think they will become a permanent part of my dessert repertoire
I did this one -- all the recipes so good. I was a little skeptical it would be enough food - as a triathlete training mid season is 15 hours a week - but it was perfect. The app made it easy to do the shopping and the plan was easy to follow. Recommend!!!💚

The tofu wrap was sooo yummy and I loved how it’s packed full of goodness 😁 the oats I wasn’t really a fan of but that’s probably because I prefer banana based oats and not berries. Loved the pasta sauce and the peanut sauce too 😁 thank you so much you made my week a lot easier with my 15 month old 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Thank you! My sister had gastritis for a long time, it got much better when she went vegan because of the milk and fatty meats etc. She also cut out white sugar such as white pasta and bread. Avoided spicy foods for a while but also acidic foods such as tomato, lime, lemon, pineapple and alcohol. But all people are of course different what triggers the gastritis and not. Hope you will get better ❤️
@@AlexandraAndersson Thank you soo much!♥️ Mine is stress related 😵💫 I am vegan, im only been vegan for almost a year and i am really happy about it! Love it!! And i try to eat low processed foods. (Your videos and recipes help me a lot🙌♥️) I dont drink alcohol or smoke never. But i love coffee and i think this make it worse... Also is tomatoes season in spain and i have tiny garden And i had been eating tomatoes and coffee all the time😂😂 And being stressed out So i think this combination was bad for my gastritis Thank you again for you advise! Also congratulations or your lovely baby!♥️♥️
