Between the stress of driving 8 to 10 hours a day and meeting blood relatives for the first time, my body was not happy. I asked my Chiro for stretches, but he adjusted me and told me I was fine. My job is sitting alot. So when I do russian twists or modified V upset my but n tailbone area is uncomfortable n hurts. Sometimes when I get up fro sitting on the couch or driving in my car it hurts in that area. So I have to move slowly.What can I do to help when I do those excersices. Thx,
Would love to be able to do these, but I cannot kneel even on very soft surface like a bed. I sit a lot and back is feeling really stiff and painful. Still searcing for one that could be done standing or lying down.
I have a weak knee so I do the lunges at the kitchen counter. Lean into the counter with hands at chest height. Bend one knee as he describes at 90' and put other leg back as far as you can on ball of foot - press buttocks forward and you'll feel the stretch. Alternate is to stand at counter as straight as possible, keep pelvis forward, grab one foot while bending leg backward and bring up as high as possible toward buttock.
Yes it does .u can put your knee on the sofa n do the same standing in front if the sofa .you can have a chair in front to hold depending on how much you can balance. Try it. Best wishes 🙂

Actually these are the perfect exercises for those who walk and run a lot which tightens the iliopsoas muscle
muscle which tightens your back.
even with lot of cushioning these stretches are a bit hard on my knees

I understand how you feel. My knees are so bad I can't even kneel on my memory foam bed. Feels like knives are being stabbed into my knees when I try.
Yeah this video is not for people who have limited mobility, I wish they would have mentioned it somewhere in the beginning of the video
Do them on a bed or do a reverse move where you are on your back across a bench. For every move there’s a reverse form to lower impacts.
