WOW! Loved this walk! I posted on another wonderful walk some time ago…I’m 68 now, and since February 2020, I’ve lost and kept off 110 pounds. Went from having to use wheelchair or walker to walking as much as 10 miles a day. However, on rainy or cold days (like February 2021 -24 degrees) or 100 degree days like today, you’re my go-to channel! I LOVED the pace of this walk. Outside, I keep a 4-mile pace, and this was much closer to my speed. Could you throw in a few more like this for us more advanced walkers? Some have commented their trackers didn’t record the proper steps for this. I have an Apple Watch, and I’ve noticed if I keep up the vigorous arm movements and occasionally “jog” when he’s walking in place, my steps are right on the count, if not a few over.

Fantastic exercise. I couldn’t believe I would burn as much calories from this short workout as a high impact cardio. Safe & no knee jarring too. Please do more of fast pace walking exercises. You got me sold to these exercises.

I’m proud to be able to take on 150BPM love your choice of upbeat music especially the first two tracks. This is the results of my watch : walked : 2.3 miles; burnt 240 cal. at one point my BPM went up to 134 which is a significant # ! Any time I feel like I'm just going through the motions I look at the screen and your smiling face reminds me this is fun....and tiday with about 10 minutes left I was thinking" man it's humid" and on comes My Sharona...haha I was instantly 16 again and the knees and hands raised a little higher. This has been my new favorite morning workout before I start my workday - that way I get in half of my 10k before anything interferes. The shorter ones snuck in during the day put me at 10k usually by dinner.

I think this is one of your best workouts to date! I had no energy to workout and thought this would be great and easy and then suddenly around 3000 steps I find my self swimming in sweat and really don’t feel like stopping at the end of the video 😅 this is highly addictive and the music is awesome 💪😎 thank you ❤️

Hello Keoni. I also love these faster paced workouts and I am doing them 3-4 times per week so some additional ones would be great with the addition of some light weights if you can. So many people have Covid fatigue with gyms still being closed and I believe many of us are realizing a workout at home is much healthier for us. Gyms for the most part are not the most healthy environments to begin with so please keep going. You are the best !!

This is SO SO SO good! I feel the happy sunshine summer beach party vibes coming through this playlist and it is the HAPPIEST feeling! I use little dumbbells on some of these and today killed my arms but in a great way. What a workout ❤️ The cats are hilarious. Ten minutes left and suddenly there’s yellow teleport kitty looking super chill and unimpressed with all our hard work until the end 🤣 Thank you. This is another favorite for me
