The opportunity you have provided your Dad, is just tremendous Jack. To not only rebuild the car but being able to have him pilot it one last time around the mountain must be truly special. Congrats to all involved and well done to Larry for not just pottering around and having a dip 💪😁.

The haters and critics are what's wrong with this crazy world. They enjoy bringing others down. This was an awesome project Jack. I've enjoyed every second of all your videos. The cars and the drivers were awesome on the day. Must have been a real buzz for LP. Thanks for entertaining us Jack. Keep up the great work.

Best bathurst footage I've watched in a long, long time. This was the last great era of cars and drivers. Real men in real cars. Larry can still pedal it too, just shows you never lose it. A real privilege to watch him at work again, and an absolute testament to your effort Jack, and that of your band of helpers. Car looks and sounds superb. Sensational video!

🇭🇲 A heartfelt thanks to you both Jack & Larry for the superb camera placement work you have put into getting this out to us life long Perkins fans, it's without question very good, and again as Mike Raymond said all those years ago in 93,
    "PERKINS BY THE COUNTRY MILE"
Jack your efforts and commitment to keeping the memories alive is appreciated more than you know mate, thank you 🤝
    Regards,
    Jamie from Newcastle.

LOVING EVERY minute of this magnificently restored number 11 getting around Bathurst. My buddy went to the race and snapped me some photos of the car out the back of the pits. Thank you … this brings back some very special memories.
Really miss this era of racing, but I miss most the independent engineering and innovation of the race teams,
and the other competition that was going on, like Autronic Vs Motec, Dunlop Vs Bridgestone and obviously, engineers Vs engineers … I preferred the race teams rather than just the driver or Ford Vs Holden. This allowed for so much more competition and the ability for a cash poor team with an excellent engine builder and quality driver to compete, or come from behind in long distance races … now it’s (in my very humble opinion) more just about the driver and like watching the Toyota 86 series.

I commented on episode 51 and I’ll say it again you should be proud of yourself Jack for the time and effort you have put into this project with the best quality outcome! The fact that you are starting to see a few negative comments is because your channel has grown so much that it unfortunately has attracted some less intelligent people who can’t help themselves but be negative. Don’t let the minority of negative people get you down. I love your videos, I’m subscribed and alerted for all new content and don’t miss one!!
