- I asked scammers to fix my computer that had a "goose virus" on it. But after 3 days of chaos, they end up losing their banking and passport info instead!

Scammers make thousands of calls every day hoping someone will allow them access to a computer. They use all sorts of social engineering and tricks to convince you to trust them. The videos on my channel show various techniques used by scam call centers to target victims. From gift cards to cryptocurrency, they'll take anything they can from you.
My hope is that through watching and laughing at the absurd situations I put scammers through, you will be more aware of what to look out for!

No, i honestly believe that he doesn't know how IQ scores work.
All I know is that "7 out of 10" doesn't answer the question, yet suggests that he thinks his IQ is above average.
Could be bait, or a severe case of Dunning-Kruger. Judging by the rest of the conversation I'd go for the latter.

Honestly the trojan goose has become my favorite symbol of KB. I loved the whole rant of dressing up as a goose, going to the bank, “dress like you normally do, not like a goose” “what if I regularly dress as a goose?” And then the cutting to the looking at goose costumes and him asking why you’re looking at it…only to respond “I don’t think that’s any of your business.”

The scammers are plain Vile, i actually feel bad for them, but it seems everything is fake with them, i always hoped someone would change their mind mid phone call after hearing a heartbreaking story from a scam baiter, no one changed so far in what i have seen and didn't try to steal money. I always have that hope someone is genuinely nice on the inside and not just on the out or sounding nice, took 30 years to stop trusting all like i did, glad there are people like Boga to not be Vile and still go after them! It's annoying hearing swear as much as they do lol

They do it to try and either get you to coerce (presuming you're elderly and easily intimidated) or hang up the call if they have a temper tantrum and lose their shit like toddlers. They get reprimanded for hanging up on people on their end.

It works. Bullies in school get what they want if they're threatening enough. Dog owners succeed in doing more damage when they join in their dog's attack to get the victim to submit. And fake "diplomats" on the phone (read: Nigerian scammers) succeed when they command you to do stuff instead of asking. I have seen all of this. Thankfully in this video these real-life things can be reduced to something to laugh at.

I want to thank you for these videos. I want to share an experience my friend had with a scammer. He got a call from the “IRS” regarding money he owed. He was threatened that police were on the way to his home to arrest him when he refused to pay the supposed $4000. My friend pretended to be distraught and threatened to shoot himself. He then proceeded to “pop” a paper bag which sounded like a gun shot. Needless to say, the scammer immediately hung up, and no further calls were ever received. LOL!
Nice! I got a call a while ago from the "IRS" too. Said I owed them $8500...those A holes.
Hope it gave the scammer nightmares. What an ingenious way to handle that.

Kit, I wanted to say a heartfelt thanks for you and the education/entertainment you provide to all of us.
I lost my dad on December 31st, after over a year seeing him decline due to COPD/HIV. He'd gotten a lot of these calls trying to scam him out of his retirement money. Because of your videos, we had a lot of laughter that I don't think we would've had otherwise, and he stayed safe from the scammers. It still hurts to watch these alone, but I appreciate you and all that you do.

It's definitely a voice changer, you can tell from the audio, but over the phone the scammers can't tell.
@UnknownGamer40464 its EXTREMELY difficult to do that for both the phone and video at the same time, he's talked about and showed live that he doesn't use one.

I just wanted to say how very much I appreciate your videos because as a nurse who deals with the elderly in their homes, assisted-living, nursing homes, etc. in which they have personal phones they get the scam calls all the time. You are the only RUclips channel that I can allow them to watch and learn from that doesn’t curse, or drop the F bomb every third word and for that I am very grateful and they’ve learned a lot from your channel. I've been watching you for about 2 years now and I'm in love with the concept of you wasting as much of scammers' time as possible as they could have been talking to an elderly victim instead, which would be so heartbreaking.
