When I first started sitting quietly and meditating my feeling was that I already sit around way too much so why on earth would I do more? However 8 years on and it's life-changing, every single day I meditate quietly, even Christmas day, and I love it; I started with 10 minutes and now do at least 45 of blissful relaxation and more after doing activities like shopping etc. You are so right, this truly works. Although my ME is still moderate I seldom crash because throughout the day I have quiet relaxation time. You have such a beautiful serene aura & lush hair ❤
Wow, thank you for sharing your incredible journey with silence & meditation! It's inspiring to hear how your initial hesitation turned into a daily practice that has brought positive changes into your life over the years. Your dedication to seeking quiet relaxation, even on holidays, is admirable and says a lot about the impact it's had on you. Thank you for sharing and thank you for the kind words!
You're such an encouragement to me. Yes I'm new to the meditation game. I'm really starting to look forward to it. I'm not doing what I want to occupation wise right now and I'm very dissatisfied with my work but I am actively working towards a better career and life. In the meantime I'm very stressed out at work and the meditation has really been something I'm looking forward to every day now and I feel it's starting to help.
@@Imtheone84 The important thing is the awareness about the career as well... Thus you're taking steps and it will change and it will get better. Awareness is the first step. You're planting seeds with rebalancing the nervous system and taking steps towards the career and one day it will all sprout. It will seem slow, and then overnight you'll realize how far you've come. You got this.
Thank you for giving out your information for free. It’s so sad to see so many with answers charging big bucks to people already at the end. You are helping more than you know.
Yes, everything adds up. At first you might not notice much, but it'll add up. And make sure you find a way to track your progress. I notice people always forget how far they've come.
I’m trying to get my referrals in to be tested for Pots/dysautonomia and I can guarantee that I have it based on the symptoms I’ve had since I had my twins almost 9 years ago. Some days I feel so off and exhausted and other days not. My sleep has really suffered and has caused me a lot of depression with the fact I can’t sleep. Continually praying for healing in both areas.
Finally someone that makes complete sense and has answers !! I just got here and learning my symptons for years and years are real but no doctors ever bothered. Thankyou so much for sharing your story - this has and will help my life immensely and give me back some hope ♡ Sending blessed waves of aroha ((love)) from Aotearoa New Zealand ♡
It's frustrating when others don't bother to help. The only good thing that comes out of this is that we learn how to listen to our bodies really well and thus we learn what kind of decisions to make and what to do to help our bodies
Maybe a bit of both is needed. I think it's really good to have the watch and the diary mostly in the beginning as in our head we often think we do less or more than we actually do. Putting it on paper is great.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm hoping to post a lot more in the next few months. There is so much more to say on this topic.
2 hours of silence improves symptoms. I have got to start meditating more lol thank you for your channel you're a blessing I'm going to keep watching.

Love this approach! I wonder if I m overthinking pacing... I have an activity watch and activity diary and... Hmm!

Thank you :)
I have to disagree personally i find silence causes my anxiety and depression to become worse. I listen to audio bks. Always
