Today we are making Carrot Cake
Recipe ↓↓
-2 cups of flour
-1 cup of sugar 200 grams(granulated sugar)
-half a cup light brown sugar (100 grams)
-half tsp baking soda and half tsp baking powder
-2 tsp of ground cinnamon
-1 tsp of ground cardamom
-pinch of salt
in another bowl
-3 eggs
-1 cup of vegetable oil
-half a cup of milk
-2 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 cup of walnuts
-1 cup of raisins and 1 tbsp of flour
-3 large carrots
for the Frosting
-250 grams of butter (roomstemperature)
-500 grams of icing or powder sugar
-2 tbsp of milk
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
you can also add 12 oz or 339 grams of cream cheese
