Great video! I’ve done this on my Luminaire, very important to select the hoop at the start for the calculations to work! My first attempt was not so perfect but the machine is amazing in what it can do!
I am glad you liked it. I love the sashing feature on the luminaire. It is what makes me want one for myself and can’t wait to try the new edge to edge in the upgrade.😁

Your video is perfect for me, as I have my 1st simple quilt (yayyy...) and thought about doing the quilt in my machine., and your tutorial doing it on Luminaire, sooo very helpful. Thanks again!! But, question what THREAD you used both upper and bobbin? Thanks and happy quilting!!

No it is a design set called “ Whirley gig dragons” by the whole country kaboodle. I will show the entire quilt at sew fun at Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum in Colorado next week. If you do not live local you can see it in about a week on their website.
If you watch a few of my other videos you can see how many options you have with the Stellaire. Yes I would also like the Luminaire but you can do a lot with your machine.

Thank you so much. I almost always use an embroidery thread from Floriani or Isacord. It was a while ago but I am pretty sure that is what it was.

Hey, I wanted to know what mouse you are using?
@@ncartsyfartsycraftsandsuch I just bought an inexpensive one at Walmart. It had to plug into the USB port, you can’t use a wireless one.
I bought a embroidery only Stellair, little disappointed that it does not have more quilting ability, for us “poor folks”😊
