This biggest difference I’ve ever had was filling roller ball containers with jojoba/almond/grapeseed oils and a few drops of vit E and using after I wash and randomly during the day. I stashed them all over. For the first time in my life my nails are not dry and brittle. I also use kerasal foot repair on my cuticles every night
I've noticed a difference in how my toenails feel after using a glycolic acid toner for my feet and toenails. After my toner I apply my regular 5% urea cream (higher concentrations are only available as foot creams in my country). It makes my nails look so healthy and they feel stronger.
Really informative ! Thank you…. I finally understand how my nails grow- the anatomy lesson was great! My Dr. suggested this conditioner to brush on twice a day: DermaNail by Summers Laboratories .
So getting my cuticles pushed or filed/removed by nail techs is bad? 😅 also yes major nail ridges in all my nails after awful covid infection this spring.
Not related. I've had eczema flare ups after decades of not having one. my derm didn't tell me what type of eczema this is. Turns out there's a lot of different kinds. I really want to know the difference. I went to a derm because I couldn't sleep because of the terrible itch and it spread to my thighs. I was prescribed prednisone, clobetasol and AVENE Trixera soap which is divine but expensive. I'm just amazed that despite having a fragrance it's actually mild. I WAS BETRAYED BY RECOMMENDATIONS OF FRAGRANCE FREE PRODUCTS BECAUSE THAT IS THE EXACT SAME THING THAT EXACERBATED MY ECZEMA. BEFORE THE FLARE UP, I WAS RELIGIOUSLY USING UNSCENTED DOVE AND VANICREAM BUT MY DERM REFUSED TO LET ME CONTINUE USING IT WHILE ON TREATMENT. SHE SAID I CAN USE IT AFTERWARDS. NOW IM TRAUMATIZED BY PRODUCTS MARKETED AS FRAGRANCE FREE BUT ACTUALLY IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR DERM RECOMMENDS. AVENE MAKES THE BEST PRODUCTS IN THE WORLD. THE SOAP IS HEAVEN. NOW I WILL USE IT FOREVER EVEN IF IT'S EXPENSIVE.

Jojoba oil is fantastic, try to warm it up and do a nail soak❤

Would love a video for cracked, splitting nails; especially when it's only on the thumbs.
Thanks! I really liked the Glycolic acid hack. Will definitely try it ❤

Please give some more info on slugging. . . I think that was the word. . . For skin and nails???
This video Was really needed TFS
Thank you so much for making this!
Thank you! Video on how to tell difference between white chalky toenails fungus vs from wearing nail polish
Usually should improve if you stop wearing polish
@@dr.jennyliu thanks for the reply, hard to do when they look like that, but in the Midwest will be easier next several months!

Hi Dr. What do you recommend for a night time heavy duty face cream. I’m very dry lately. Thank you ❤
Can try Skinfix or cerave night renewy
@@dr.jennyliu thank you 😊
Is it possible to over moisturize the nails?
But if I don't push back the skin on my nails, it keeps growing onto my nailplate 😮
When I had chemotherapy my nail on my thumb was peeling and was in almost layers
The first rule is to stop nail polish and most importantly gel polish
