I used to use tracks tatcha dewy cream but then I learned about their “culture” so I switched to that moisturizer in this video and it’s even better tbh! I can use the same amount as the tatcha and it’s soooooo good 👩🏽🍳💋🤌🏽
I really love the results of the biodance mask, but I’ve had very very similar results using the numbuzin # 3 serum or skin1004’s probiotic-cica serum before a regular ol cheap hydrogel mask. I still sometimes get the biodance mask as a little treat though.
Hi Dr Liu, do you have a guide for freestyle and Dexcom wearers for diabetics? That device stay on the skin for 14 days to keep track of glucose levels. I'm having a difficult time not ending up with red and brown spots after wearing it. The adhesive also leaves marks. It would be really helpful to have general guidelines. Thanks for reading this!
If you don’t like to double cleanse, my go to cleanser is Purity Made Simple Cleanser by Philosophy. It is a 5 In 1 cleanser & removes waterproof mascara and makeup without stinging the eyes. Very gentle & also has oils in it like Meadowfoam Oil to hydrate the skin. It’s not a K or J brand but the BEST selling cleanser in the US.❤
Yes, I also use that cleanser. But, the other Philosophy products are watered down now with the new owner. She's very money hungry and the brand is very different to me from using for 35+ yrs. So sad but, I've gone to a cleansing balm now
Excellent video!....I try to stick to two serums at night, but with retinol and peptides, I also add a hyperpigmentation serum, I hope everything gets into my skin. I've heard consistent good things about the biodance mask and I'm about to order. I have a Question. If I have an evening date and I want to look my best, should I use this mask the night before? or the day of? Thanks much
If you're using Trentinoin, would you apply that AFTER the essence and serums and before moisturizer? Or will that be too many layers blocking its efficacy? Thanks!!
I've been using Tret for years and I usually apply it after serums/lotions, before moisturiser/cream. I also do the sandwich method, which is sandwiching the Tretinoin between a lighter moisturiser and a heavier moisturiser to help buffer the skin and prevent further irritation and dryness. I personally use a light gel moisturiser or emulsion/lotion, tret, then a heavier traditional moisturiser/cream after.
I did order your recommendations from this routine and placed the order for 6 items with YesStyle. I was informed that I would receive them on 12/5/2024, but had not received any tracking. Upon inquiry they replied that they are waiting for product to be recd in their Hong Kong office and will then ship - which they said could be up to 10-14 biz days transit which means in hand probably January 2025 - kind of ridiculous. They charged my card in the meantime. I really like your reviews and appreciate your knowledge, but I think that as an influencer for a company, you have to be more aware of the details of the company you are representing. I did try to cancel the order upon learning of the extended delivery time but they said this is not possible even though it had not shipped yet. Days later they shipped anyway (it will be refused/returned), but AMEX already credited my account.
@@Hellokali Thanks - that's true. I do tend to avoid Amazon for supplements, skin care, etc because of complaints of expired, fake product, but sometimes it has been OK.

I’ve noticed better results if you’re able to sleep in the mask, but that’s just me.

You can put it on after serum. It’s still effective. I honestly prefer after serum since it prevents the super dryness
