Marry Me Chicken..my take on this dish

This is my take on this dish..It was absolutely delicious..I can see where it got its name. If you have never tried it, you are missing a treat. #homemadecooking #great #easy #yummilicious #southerncooking
Recipe
3-4 chicken breast , cut into cutlets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup flour
4 tablespoons 1/2 cup finely minced onions…optional
2 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic or 3 cloves
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
4 sliced bacon cooked until crisp…to be used on top
Heat oil..season chicken with salt and pepper…dredge chicken in flour..brown chicken in heated oil..remove from pan and set aside..add onions and sauté about 1 minute..add chicken stock, oregano, thyme, basil, sun dried tomatoes and heavy cream…cook on medium low heat for about 2-3 minutes or until it begins to thicken..add chicken and cook about 2 minutes more….top with crisp bacon..ENJOY 🌹🌹

How precious. The food looks so scrumptious but truly the sweet song and love y'all have is precious. My sweet darling Smooch passed when he was only 52. He was like Roy...loved me, wrote me poems too, and loved cooking in the kitchen with me. We only had 30 year's but the best years of my life. I still wear my wedding rings because we sre still married... I'm here on earth and he is in Heaven. God bless y'all ❤

I just happen to be looking at my comments when yours came in..Barbara, I am so sorry that you lost your life long love..We are getting to that age now where I know it could happen any time..God has been so good to us so far..Neither one of us have any major health issues…I can’t imagine living life without Roy..We have lost 2 grandsons in the last 3 years..Both of them were living with us at the time of their death..one was 3 years ago and one was last May..They were both 31 years old..we were trying to help them get their life back on track..Without God, I don’t know how anyone deals with the grief..Roy and I will keep you in our prayers…
