    Great video, really enjoyed it. My Arc is in transit, should be here Friday. I've got the Zapwizard comb coming too!

    So basically just replace and upgrade the cutters, and then buy the bit extension tool to use normal bits

    The bug on cutters is unacceptable. I'll be good and will accept to buy it half price so you recover some of your investment

      I agree. I mean even the issues I had with the saw and scratches. I happened to have an extra set of cutters that were black and I put them on just for looks not even realizing I was correcting a huge flaw!

    Question can’t you just tighten up the screws to stop the tools deploying when you open the pliers?

    • @billbog25
      @billbog25  8 месяцев назад

      Yes I would think so but too tight they might not open easily when you actually want them to.i am OK with them as is.

      Err, did you think that through? LOL:

    I temperorary hold my purchase due to the hard wire cutter issue. And hopefully an uncoated knife version come out.

      Yes it would be nice if you could swap out tools. I bet you could mod it out.

      Break it in. Oil some areas. Work the tools open and close. It should loosen up

    What flashlight do you use there?

    • @billbog25
      @billbog25  8 месяцев назад +1

      It's a Streamlight Microstream. It isn't rechargeable but it fits perfectly in the pouch.

    I like the tool but man we really need cutters that can cut through coat hangers!! I hope its not true that if you using pliers theyre not comfortable with its 90 degreee non rounded edges

    • @billbog25
      @billbog25  8 месяцев назад

      What is so ironic is I had changed the cutters because I had the extra set and it was black from my signal. So I swapped them out not even realizing I was correcting a problem!! Wow I saw that video of the coat hanger breaking the cutters. Unbelievable! I knew something was wrong with the cutters that came with the Arc. Insane

      @@utubesurfer71I tried with the ones I put on from my Signal and they cut through fine. Guess I lucked out

    So you just made a comment on a short where you had a bunch of problems with this tool, but I can't find those complaints in this video per say. I'd like to say in BOGY's words, the action is soggy (the saw is useless) and it's overpriced.
    Welcome to black friday woes, bucko. I'm loving mine

    @deadfall9774 7 месяцев назад +1

    Hey, you've responded to every comment besides mine and one other. Ill give you that it isn't perfect. But I'm still waiting for any response from you, bc mine is here now and you didn't mention anything that I didn't notice. Honestly it seems you're mad you didn't catch the sales when they happened.
    Here's a true review. The free platform is a little wonky. Cut me slightly once as I was smashing the one handed open. But the tolerance has a reason.
    Bro, if your gonna review got to stay consistent. That's why I haven't gotten into it. I know its a chore, but that's responsibility.

      Been away for a bit. Yes, so my original video I took down. Too much drama. 😅 So the saw wouldn't close without hitting the frame. To fix I bent the saw inward. It now works. Also it arrived new and was scratched up. Hey it is a multitool and I get it. But, when I buy new I want pristine then I Will scratch it up. Lol, not the factory.

    So the reason of serrated is no pro needs it beyond a bone cutter which is on hand anyways an actual one for hunters, and never does a pro need serrated ever, when they dull theyre super annoying to sharpen, there is no job that a knife cant handle.

    • @billbog25
      @billbog25  8 месяцев назад +1

      Excellent points thank you! That makes total sense. I agree sharpening is difficult. I do have a tool to sharpen serrated blades but it is easier to sharpen a straight blade. Thanks for the comment .

      I think someone said they used the same design/pattern as for the Surge which is a longer tool but just did it in grey.
