Such a cute little town, it really looks like a movie! What an amazing Alaskan adventure!!! The view from the air was so cool, snowcaps as far as the eye can see!!! My husband wants to do the Orlando helicopter tour someday, I'm so nervous! Dog sledding seems so fun!!! So glad you were able to go on this adventure Maria!!!

What time of year did you go? Just got back from a trip on the Bliss. Had lousy weather. The inside passage was canceled because of bad fog. We went in the middle of August. Great video

Why did I hear Chris say he got to fly a helicopter? Did he mean in a helicopter lol.
I was looking for him to take the controls, lol. Pretty sure that gal was doing the flying.
I have done two helicopter tours, one in Hawaii over the volcano and the other from Vegas to the grand canyon, amazing way to see the sights.
Lol!! Chris got lucky and got to sit up front next to our awesome pilot! He got to see all the cool buttons up close but no he did not pilot our helicopter lol 😂
did you book this through the ship or 3rd party. was it walking distance to the Heli Pad or you had to take transportation?
We did third party directly with the helicopter company! But it was with the same company that the shipped booked with. And it was about 20 minute walk from the ship!
I have been looking at different excursions and they offer from 2 hours to 3 1/4 hours. I'm wondering how long the helicopter ride is and the mushing. Am I better to book out of Juneau or Skagway? Costs seem to be the same. Should I book through the cruise ship website (Carnival) or online myself?
Always book through Carnival. Ensure you get your money back, and they will not leave without you if the excursion goes wrong.
Definitely through the cruise!
Maria. If your body could handle the sled ride, maybe it can handle a couple more Disney rides 🤷🏻♂️😁

The one poor dog without a partner is having to run a bit sideways!
Aw no worries! They have to be in a certain configuration to make sure the team is comfortable and happy to go on their run!
