Over the weekend I had to have a new washing machine delivered to me and I bought a speed queen commercial washing machine and so far it’s working really well.
I love that washer and dryer I got the same one and I really love it I'm still trying to learn everything on it and I really like when they say I can control it by my phone I love the dryer because you can open it two different ways I thought that was nice I like the color you got I just went with the white ones I didn't really want color but I really love them they're really nice just saying
When he first brought my washer and dryer and start hooking it up and I asked him why are you hooking the dryer up to the water line with the washer and he explained it to me I thought that was amazing I never seen that before the dryer being hooked up to the waterline just saying
My Comforter is really thick so I always use the heavy duty option and deep fill that works for me. my sheets and thin blankets I use bedding/waterproof option and I haven't had any issues...but if you still experience excess water run it again through the rinse & spin cycle. Hope that helps

I found out how to stop the dryer from stopping too soon.... Put it on "Time Dry" and then turn off Eco dry. It will dry for an hour straight non-stop if you put it on 1hr. That gets pretty much whatever you put in their dry. I used to be so aggravated so I totally understand your pain.
So I have the same one and we have to close the laundry door bc they are loud well when we do the whole floor is like wet from condensation I think I do see any leaking .

No but there is a button inside that you can push to add water it's the soaking button. Maybe try that until it fills up to where you want it..mine has the fill up button to the right for certain settings but I never could fill it up with the lid open...hope that helps.

I would wash thick blankets on heavy duty and thinner blankets and sheets on bedding...the difference is the wash cycle it will go through but both will still have them clean and fresh but heavy duty covers a bigger heavier load...❤️

You have a compartment to put your detergent in and your softener, I'm not really understanding your question you put it in and start the the cycle it should be dispensed.
@nabilaparker4445 on mines we have quick wash Delicates Darks Rinse+Spin Spin only Self Clean those are the functions on the right of the washer Do you have the Samsung active water jet super speed? That's the one I have... let me know which one you have and I can try to find out how to do the Spin only...can you control yours with the app.?
Great video, I think the reason why the bedding cycle does not let you select deep fill is because it's pre programmed to fill up to the top.

How did you open the lid when it was still filling? I don't know how!!!!
You have to pause it, the same button you start it with...the lid will open then un pause it to restart it..hope this helps.

If it's not spinning right it might not be leveled make sure your washer is not sitting at a tilt

My water is hot did you check your hot water heater, it might need adjusting. My husband has had to turn ours up a couple times.

What noise? Are you talking about the sound of the appliance itself running? I use deep fill option to fill the washer.❤️
