My wife is 5’2”, I bought her a 24” grabbing tool so she doesn’t get lost in there! Check them out, they are around $15 and made it a lot easier for her!
Hey would u know why my Samsung active wash washer is stuck /froze when you power it on,it comes on but then it wont let me do anything at all.but it will power on and off?
Hi thanks for posting this video, I purchased this used from a friend that was downsizing after the passing of her husband an was moving in to an apartment. You answered some of my questions in your video, but the one I needed that you didn't touch on is how to apply bleach to your whites, an how to add clothes that I may have 4gotten after the washer has started, because I can't get tje lid to open, it's Ike it's locked or something? Thank you again for this video, if you have any answers to this please share. Be Blessed
Yep, loving mine, no issues in over a year. 5.2 cubic feet is perfect for my family of 5. We were struggling on a 3.5 cubic feet before this…. No turning back! Haha
This washer is horrible. I had it for 4 yrs and the sensor went out on 3 cycles, So now when we do wash hopefully it will wash completely, If it doesn't a load will take forever, and still not wash water will keep filling the tub. I wouldn`t buy Samsung. NO GOOD
I haven’t had an issue with that. Sometimes it won’t do enough initially but it adds more once it senses it’s not enough water, normally about 45 seconds after it starts agitating the clothing.
I have the same one. It never gets enough water in it. What I do is afther I turn it on and put clothes in I turn on the water and let some water on the clothes making heavier. The washer is going to try to figure out the weight it will be heavier thus putting a better amount of water in. Also try to dry the water spout afther use. Tends to get moldy afther some time.
@@dimarisdm hi check the instructions for your model. There's a sequence of buttons you press to activate the calibration in your machine so that it better detects the weight of the load and run correctly. For my model, it says hold down soil and temp for 3 seconds. Search for "run calibration" for your specific model on Samsung's website. Samsung recommends this be done periodically.
Hhhhhmmm I have a similar model( the buttons are all touch screen) and I was just wondering the same thing about the water level. I see it detects how much water but when I open it there's barely any water in it. I was thinking it's the steam function? If it has one lol. I bought these off of someone
I have had a repair man out twice. If anyone can help I’d truly appreciate it. It keeps sayin Ur when filling up Ub even when there are no clothes in machine. The technician over the phone helped me to recalibrate . This washer is spinning but the clothes are still 60 percent wet.
@@UnboxReality yea we have had ours 3 + years.... Service coming tomorrow to see what's up. Our dryer only works on time dry as well... Good luck 🍀 lol
Hope it all works out for you! I never got the matching dryer, our dryer is a 9 years old $300 Roper and still going strong! Sometimes the simpler The better and lasts longer!
Curious if there’s a way to remove the sink in order to see inside the washer to make sure it’s working properly? Seems to me that it doesn’t agitate any differently with a heavy duty cycle or a delicate cycle running…. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, I don’t know. But would rather be able to check in on the progress if I can. Also I’ve been reading about a filter of some kind along the back that should periodically be cleaned out, so you know anything about this by chance? Thanks In advance!
I have this washer but now mine is stuck on 56min normal cycle at first when I press start make a noise for like 1 minute and then won’t do anything else…
My washer is stuck on 14min spin cycle. Won't do anything else. Unplugging it doesn't help, lock doesn't engage which usually happens before every cycle.
Never had any problems with mine, not 1 service call yet (knocking on wood). But the sounds of it you will probably need to bring in a technician to fix it. Could be an electrical problem or a board problem. These washers aren’t simple parts to replace anymore, they are complex electrical components. My old washer, if it had problems it was 1 of 5 possible parts that needed replaced and simple to diagnose. These new washers it could 1 of 100’s of things that could be wrong. Long story short, you’ll probably need a technician to diagnose and repair the issue with your washer. Best of luck, let us all know what it was and how it turns out so we know what to look for if it happens to us!
Washer is good so far, no real issues with going unbalanced. Only time that has happened was when I was washing a rug and it got bunched up on one side of the washer. I just unbunched it and it finished the cycle no problem!
I’m child sized at 5’1” and now have to basically climb into the bottom of my new space ship to reach socks and underwear

How fast is the quickest cycle
The quick wash is under 30 minutes. I’ve use it in a pinch a couple of times and it does a good job.
Have this washer and dryer set. My current washer will lock but not start a cycle. Quit halfway through a wash....Samsung junk
That’s too bad, had mine for about 15 months now and no issues 🤞
