Awesome looking MP5! Just ordered my MP5 22LR rifle. Plan on getting the same mods as yours. Where did you get the optic mount? Saw a few on Amazon but reviews were hit and miss.

I'm getting mine tomorrow. So do you still need the 2 nuts that came out? Didn't mention you use them on the lnstall of the tri rail
No. You can keep them safe but they do not need to be installed with the tri rail.
