It would help if we could actually see what keys are being pressed on the damn keyboard.
Hold alt and keep pressing f10 until it gives the reset options

Make Windows 10 installation disk, boot from it and begin the installation, if you have important files on C:\ I reccomend you not to format it
If you Keep all my files..you will not lost your documents right??

Its because your hardware may have some problem with it. The solution now is to get your pc checked

But what I did....I checked if the home screen was glitches and took my mouse to the bottom and it showed my open tab and I got in and I was so clever and managed to click restart and then it fixed

Please tell me somebody has a fix for this problem😢 Mine keeps going on a boot loop over and over and can't get it past the Acer logo. I think it was doing some random update or something and I shut it off not knowing it was updating and now I think it's fried for good😭

@Andres Garcia I fixed it by pressing the F keys 1-9 Repeatedly all at the same time then a box popped up asked me if I wanted to fix problems in my laptop and restart. And it worked.
