@@Immuslum If, after all these steps, you have not been able to find the issue, your most likely looking at a faulty component preventing the motherboard from working or a motherboard issue. I would start troubleshooting each component, starting with the charger and power jack. You can see those two videos here; ruclips.net/video/YBhsVHideGE/видео.html & ruclips.net/video/HpabvrNaodU/видео.html. You can also try replacing other components like your Power Button to see if that is the route cause. If none of those are the issue, you would then be left with a motherboard replacement.

Hi have been watching some of your videos and they are very helpful. I checked viewers comments but did not see any with my issues. Here is my problem. Mom's Asus E403S Laptop. Barely uses it and when she does email and maybe some internet. Tried starting up the other day and it will NOT go into the Windows 10. Screen says your device ran into a problem, PC did not start correctly. Then starts collecting information and begins a self repair but the auto repair fails. Tried restarting and the same happens. This laptop is Intel Pentium CPU 3700 @ 1.60 Ghz. There is no HD, it has SSD. Went into the Bios settings and the clock was off. Corrected the time settings and now a few days later the time and date is still current but the same start up issues persist. Tried internal Windows reload and saving existing files but that also failed. Any further suggestions? Just trying to avoid computer repair shop and costs that would not be warranted for this laptop. Thanks Klaus

Hey man. I dont have a fast/easy access thing to my hard drive. I dont actually have a hdd i only have an sdd. So i disassembled my laptop. My sdd seems finely seated, none of the steps ive followed in your vid works but i fixed it a few days ago by simply giving it some time and waiting, but it went crazy again when i tried to move the laptop to another location, like my screen glitched and it boot looped again. My boot loop pattern does show an asus logo, but the LED light indicator will light up for 2 seconds and go dark for 3 then repeat, similarly the screen will go black and brighten up just a bit for me to notice it following the pattern. Any advice, bro?

@@ilovemanlegs5598 Just so you know, liquid spill situations can be hard to troubleshoot just one issue as multiple different components and boards including the motherboard itself, could all be faulty.
After a liquid spill, you want to first make sure the computer is 100% dry. You would turn your computer off immediately by pressing and holding the power button until the computer turns off. Then you would disassemble the computer as much as your comfortable with, at least trying to remove the bottom case. Then you would turn it on its side and let dry for a couple days. Hello, thank you for your videos. My old Asus x442 have bootloop and random shut down problem. It only works well in safe mode without internet.
Already tried chkdsk, dism restorehealth, sfc scannow, etc via cmd but nothing works. Boot loop also happened when i tried clean boot. System restore's not doing much.
I tried to reinstall windows 11 and finally downgrade to windows 10, but the problems still persist and got even worse (bootloop while trying to load bootable usb and reinstalling windows).
Now I can't enter windows in normal mode anymore (luckily set boot option to safe mode before random shutdown occured). I can do basic designing/image editing in safe mode for hours. OS and my data (including design application) located in separated hard drive.
The ssd status for C-drive is healthy. Reseating RAM is not possible because it is soldered to the mainboard. Already done windows memory diagnostic and there's no problem detected. Fan works normally and already reapplied thermal paste too.
Every time i check event viewer after bootloop/random shutdown, usually it is error distributedcom and the latest is error service control manager.
Is it software or hardware faulty? Does it have a chance to be fixed and work normally like before?
Thank you, and sorry for my broken english.

Hi, I also need help. I am not really sure how to explain this but I hope this flow of what happens can explain the problem properly.
My laptop is a Asus ZenBook 13
    Flow of the boot loop:
    1. Asus Logo
    2. Preparing automatic repair screen
    3. Please wait screen
    4. Flash of command prompt window and then flash of blue screen
    5. Then restarts again
    - Tried the steps, it goes to BIOS and then shuts off after a few seconds
    - the laptop heats up
    - no fan can be heard
    - can't turn off
Is this a hardware issue or is this a system issue? Should I bring it to the shop to be fixed?

Hey man, really needing help right now.
I left my PC running nothing but Valorant and Opera but when I came back, it had completely crashed and frozen on Valorant, and then bluescreened. After that, it kept bootlooping and now it seems to be stuck on the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen with the Asus logo.
My first thought was that this has something to do with the game's anticheat, which is very intrusive. But now I dont think that is the case.
I have installed Windows 10 myself not too long ago after uninstalling Windows 11. So it might or not be something to do with the OS (even though it worked fine for a week). I dont think its a problem with the BIOS, since I've messed around quite a bit with the setting and then restoring the default settings. My important files are on a seperate HDD but I really wouldnt like to completely have to delete everything on my SSD.
    What would you do?

Hello there. Hope you can help me out. I have an Asus ROG (the same you used as an example).
When: I was browsing on the internet and when I logged into a website the pc started freezing (cursor would not move and keyboard not respond) and then unfreezes the screen (cursor would update position but clicking to close the tab would not work). This kept happening for a couple minutes, so I bashed CTRL+ALT+DEL and the screen eventually went all black with cursor displayed. Waited again for some time and nothing happened. So I forced shut-down.
What: On restart it kept asking for disk repair when the asus logo appears with a countdown. I let it. It did it many times - stuck on the loop. Eventually I forced shut it down again. When starting after that it displayed a different message at the asus logo phase: something like diagnosing the pc and then a disk repair message stating it could take an hour. It kept doing it overnight and still did not work. I shut it down again. Then I went into Bios. There I saw that there is no Boot Options displayed, but on the Advanced tab on the SATA configuration page both my drives are displayed (1SSD + 1HDD and the DVD as well). Regardless I tried the reseating method.
And now I am stuck at BIOS. It won’t even go to the ASUS logo phase.
When I enable CSM and rebot a message is displayed: “Rebot and Select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key”
What do you suggest. My SSD seems okay since it is found on Bios. I really would like to try and preserve my installed applications and configurations.
    Thank you in advance.

Im using an ASUS AIO pc but i can't enter bios because it restart loops right after the icon shows up and even though im tapping F2 (my function key) it still restarts instantly and i dont get to enter bios
I dont remember what the cause is but it might be because of an update while my pc randomly shutdown bit i cant fix it if the solution is in bios itself

      If you cannot find how to switch the setting in BIOS or if switching did not help, then reinstall the Operating System (OS) as seen here;
How To Install Windows 10: ruclips.net/video/1VD9fPJ1eik/видео.html
How To Install Windows 11: ruclips.net/video/Yiy-53Wc-Wo/видео.html
If the install is successful, we know the issue was OS related and is now fixed. If the install will not complete, perhaps its due to the HDD being bad. I would then replace it and install the OS to the new one.

@@PC_Monkey i ordered an Install USB with 32 GB of free space, after i got it i downloaded windows 10 on my spare laptop following your other video and tried to install windows on my pc but it still kept boot looping before the boot menu even appeared. And the way it restarts is as soon as the logo pops up so even tapping escape it still restarts, not letting me get to use the USB
I made sure to test the USB aswell to make sure it works by booting up my laptop using the USB and it worked just fine. I think my pc is generally faulty or something.

Hey man I have an asus ga502du. Been gaming on it for quite a bit. Never had an issue. I have winaero Tweaker installed and been installed for a while. I have disabled windows update so no update has gone on for a while. Im running windows 10.
But I used the laptop unplugged this morning and then went to plug it in upstairs, and it restarted. And it was stuck in the restart loop with the ac power cord plugged in. Without it plugged in, it runs, but it VERY slow. Much much slower than it has ever been. It wont clock above 380MHz and its usually 2.8GHz. Its almost as if its in limp mode. Other than getting a new power supply, what other solution can you think of? Especially given that the computer wont clock anywhere near its normal?
In event log, it doesnt really show anything of use other than an error that it shut down unexpectedly.
