    Really helpful thanks! 🙏 you say choose and then practice. Can you give us examples of how you practiced unconditional acceptance to shift your beliefs over time? I know you can journal to do that but what about how it changes the way you operate? Maybe a future video….? 😊

      Hey Suzy! One thing I did was when people didn't agree with me in person or talked bad behind my back I would try and not correct them. I had to wear those urges practically. This was a skill that took time to develop but ultimately very worth it.

    Hi Sam, how do I get over obsessions regarding time. Im obsessing over how every second that goes by is in the past and its making it so hard to live in the moment. Its debilitating 😢

      Nick did a video on this recently. Learning to not having to be in the present moment can really help. I would check out Nick’s video it was a couple weeks ago
