So thankful for all your videos!
9 months out, a very easy recovery from tkr and then “over exercised” and lost a lot of range of motion from swelling. This way of stretching helped a lot. I could hang my leg over the side of the bed in the middle of the night and stretch.
Massaging the back of my knee helped release fluid build up & pain behind my knee.
I am interested to know where to get the compression wrap.

Tony, I have a fracture in my left knee. 0h, I had a revision six months ago!!@
I thank you for all you do, question I am 3 months post-op TKR I fell and sprained tat same surgical knee now my knee hurts like crazy it’s not easy to stretch or bend, I’m 115 flexion and 3 inches shy of full extension what can I do? I will be getting an MRI done on my knee b/c it feels like it’s a ligament issue also

I like what you said about a pillow under my thigh because I don’t have a kneecap which made my TKR a bit challenging for the surgeon so far I’m doing okay 7wks after surgery unless I forget and try to kneel on said leg! Not sure if I’m ever going to be able to kneel on my leg do you have any suggestions?
