Hey Jax did a car for me 4yrs ago, then drove all the way down to Peachtree city to tint my windows on another one… This is something everyone needs to do. It should go on at the exact same time the radiator protectors do, Day one !!
@@karltinson5327 winglets are standard…. They come with both low and high and the dealer or in my case the museum installs the higher winglet for delivery and puts the regular ones in trunk. The red carbon fiber paddles are from paragon performance and they make full replacements and then overlays….. both are AWESOME quality. Interior is 1LZ actually. Since the Z07 package was in constraint when I placed me order I kept the 1LZ to keep weight down. The only thing I wish I had is the front end lift so I could lower the car even more and not scrape my driveway 😊

Still like it but fell in love with the Z06. So I ordered a Z06 3LZ with level one carbon inside but not sure it will come with carbon fiber steering wheel and paddle shifters. Anyone?
Would have liked to have had this before mine hit that tire. Dunno if it would have stopped the cracks given the size of the tire but def wouldn’t have been as bad.
@@Brandonsgarages I don’t know what the thickness in this was but it was REALLY thick and it’s made different for the hardness on it…. I’ll have to ask Jax for the actual thickness.
@@dbmracing2019 I saw a video on it and they said 8- mil I believe. (Exoshield). It may be stronger than expel tho I dunno but same thickness as the ones we got. I think they make a 10 mil in expel it’s an upgrade film or something called ultimate plus 10 but I’m pretty sure ours was the 8-mil.

Depends on the car…. $350 to $550
The PPF is a good insurance policy considering how expensive some glass is to replace.

My Exoshield was installed last week before a rally… didn’t help 😩 still broke my windshield.. oh well 😅

Me too! That was one of the biggest selling points. Obviously I wanted the added protection but that UV protection is also quite nice for the interior
Is your Z06 3LZ? If so, is carbon fiber standard on steering wheel and paddle shifter? Also, are the winglets standard as well?

@@karltinson5327 I don’t think the paddle shifters but maybe the steering wheel if you got CF package

Have to make sure there is no grit on the windshield when you use your wipers or it can scratch the film.
@@brianhmonks yes sir! I always let it rain for a good bit before I turn on wipers. I also don’t drive much in the rain if I can help it

Yes! I got recommended from a friend with M4 Comp and I am loving it! Do not want pit marks and scratches on my factory glass
Can you still use your wipers and not worry about scratching?
It’s recommended to replace wipers right after install and then yes…… you can use wipers normally. Also recommended to change them yearly at minimum

It’s so thick I bet it wouldn’t have cracked honestly……. IMO it would take a MASSIVE object to do that with this on the car.
@@dbmracing2019 normally I would agree but it also cracked my headlight which had the 8mm xpel so that’s why I think it woulda still cracked some.
