I have genuinely never gotten a recipt out of the KFC self service things, I don’t think anyone’s ever put any sort of paper in those things.
I used to be a shift manager at KFC. I had a key to the kiosks. I was meant to check the paper every morning. I didn’t. Neither did anyone else apart from the store manager, whoops

The Rockingham Arms in Elephant & Castle would take some beating for the worst Spoons of all time

Someone fell down the stairs and died in one near me and it got closed down
The worst KFC is in March, Cambridgeshire, we ordered a bargain bucket and they couldn’t give us all the chicken because they ‘were saving it for other customers’ as they ran out of chicken even tho they were behind us

what's more annoying is people who order a bucket of chicken and demand that they only get thigh pieces (and yes i've seen this happen) rather than the assortment as advertised
I’ve worked at kfc we’d personally never do that but can see it happening at others people did complain if we were waiting for chicken too be cooked that we should of shared it between all customers so they all got 1 piece 😂 worst thing I encountered was a guy sat there counting his popcorn chicken and coking back for his extra couple of pieces and people eating 95% of there burgers/meals and getting a new one as it was cold
When I worked at Mcdonalds we used to get bunless burger requests all the time, some people have gluten allergies and that... Ridiculously happy to see a new vid and even happier that Sonny is in it haha

I remember seeing an article on why they play Classical or other similar music in McDonalds. It's normally in the really earlier hours at a 24 hour restaurant to deter the local roadmans and their cronies from overstaying. Genius.
I don’t see how that would actually work tho the US they would just play their own music on a speaker or talk over it
I worked at Brixton Academy for 3 years and used to go to that McDonald’s after work a lot and I can safely say I’ve seen all manner of shit go down in there! You got very lucky with that visit, I think the shows not happening in the O2 Brixton anymore has clearly brought the crazy levels down 😂
As someone who can’t eat normal bread, it’s funny to see someone actually pleased with my normal meal 😂

As an ex door supervisor working for various security companies, I lost count of how many McDonald's restaurants employed us on their doors. McDonald's seems like a chav hangout, and a place where people like to cause trouble for people who just want something to eat.

Brixton Maccies, Maccies on the Ramp in Brum and Oxford Road Maccies in Manchester can all be classified as "thunderdomes" as the rules of the Hunger Games apply in there

I used to go to that burger king in Guildford when I worked around the area. Tbh we always ordered at the counter and everything was always fine. Never had an issue there.

as someone who lives in guildford and has been to that Burger King many times, you should’ve come like 5 years ago if you wanted a 5 star atmosphere - shit used to have a mini soft play area with a flatscreen for some reason

IN my experience, ever since mcdonalds switched tot his TERRIBLE system, wait times for meals skyrocketed. You're lucky to get your meal quicker than 15 minutes and you're luckier to find a table four a full sized family. It's terrible and the prices are higher than a full service sit down family restaurant these days!

That is my local KFC. Let me tell you the service horrible, things are always breaking, items not being on the menu for ages, it's absolutely awful. Oh yeah also my first time in there someone had pucked all over the toilet.

Walthamstow hoe street McDonald’s is absolutely dismal. Food is awful, cleanliness is worse, atmosphere was described as “feral”. For a while it was takeaway only from 4-6pm on weekdays because school kids would go in and throw everything they had everywhere. Fights happened all the time. Multiple people have been stabbed and one guy was the victim of a stabbing and acid attack. The police are always there. They also started playing classical music to calm the crowds. Unrelated but I also saw a woman jump out of a moving UPS van outside that McDonald’s to shout at a guy that was catcalling her. Shout out to her she stood up for herself and rightfully shamed that guy.
The maccies in Leytonstone was fined £500k after people found mouse shit in their food. Officers found a mouse infestation in the kitchen and such awful hygiene that they closed the restaurant right away and told customers they needed to leave immediately. Bloody awful.
Moral of the story- don’t get McDonald’s in Waltham Forest lol

@@tehtriangle6660 it depends where you go. It’s either the pretty, posh and quiet village, craft beer and farmers markets or stabbings and shootings a couple of roads away. Of course I live in the latter area 😭 but we have beer nearby too at least
