You can eat in theee countries within 10 minutes at Drielandpunt (three land point) on the border of Belgium-Germany-Netherlands, Frites mayo in Belgium Pancakes in Netherlands and Bratwurst in Germany. All within a 15-minute walk. Done it a few times.

Without watching this I can already tell this is possible just because it's Europe. The only possible way to do this in North America is by lowering the scope from separate countries to separate states. We literally have 50 places in our country as big or bigger than the average Euro nation.
Would of been easy in a car could of drove from London to Amsterdam which take you through France, Belgium and the Netherlands and then drive back home in around 14 hours total. Which means you could leave at 6 am and be home for 7pm.
Might try it.. From Nitra to Gyor in Hungary for Breakfast, to Vienna in Austria for Lunch, then Brno in Czechia for high tea and then back to Nitra for Dinner. Round trip of 7 hours by car.
