Nice to see that hose is the same on the golf 3 ACC engine, that hose usually is conected to the air conditioner system 👍

Aftrnoon Mr, i drive 1.6i chicco model:2001 injector. I barke was failing ro I replace brake booster n linings. Now th doesn't want to idle aftr i put gears n realise clutch pedal 😢.

On the citi golf 1.3 intake manifold next to your booster pipe inlet there is a plug looks like a Welsh plug mine is oil dirt wet can that be the reason for idling problems
I have a vacuum leak on my car.when i check the booster pipe air flows through both directions.must i change the one way valve.how do you know when it's finish.thank in advance

Hi all, I'm puzzling... I have a flat spot when accelerating quickly. Other than that my Chico is ok but does jerk a bit. New carb base plate and stripped the carb and cleaned with carb cleaner as per your videos. Sprayed plugs and leads with Q20. I'm stumped, any suggestions?
Have u checked on your vacuum advance, which is attached to the Distributor.. You must check if it's actually working. Sometimes the diaphragm in there is worn, and it can cause hesitation, Jerking, etc when putting foot down on accelerator ... Here is the link to that video ruclips.net/video/1qieiAUuLYs/видео.html
@@pjs-golfmk1-diy hi bud, mine is the electronic not the older diaphragm type...
@@markschmuhl5760 Have you checked the accelerator pump on the carb? It gives a little quirt of petrol when accelerating, might also be an issue with one of your vacuum pipes on the carb.
@@Tripool1 You correct Bru, I had a carb specialist sort it out for me ... No more flat spot 😉
Hi the brake booster that coneckts to the intake manifold..does it have to flow on all the cylinders? Or wil one cylinder be fine? I have custom intake
I wud say that's fine ,...as long as there are no airleaks.

Good day sir, i have an huge oil leak, at the back by my motor under by the carburetor looks like its coming from my base plate side, i already changed my tappet cover gasket, could it be a main seal??
Are you sure it's not coming from the breather hole.. Oil goes from that pipe into the air box... And from airbox it runs down onto carb and the manifold
