We hit Dr Doom's once we left Cinnabon, after getting in. Simply due to the 5 min. wait when we came upon it. For a filling and enjoyable lunch. I found the stand outside Diagon alley. Serving loaded baked potatoes. I went with the Shepard's pie and grassy area behind the stand in the shade. We are planning an after Christmas return to Universal with all family this time. I will definitely go into DreamWorks Destination and and talk to all The DreamWorks Characters about the whereabouts of my favorite Character, Dudley Do Right.
My wife's uncle didn't do any research and missed so many cool things, he said how the theme parks in Florida are lame. I think people need to understand there is soooo much to do but without a plan, it can suck. You need to prioritize the key activities in order to see the best things, otherwise you will be stuck in lines all day and hate it like my wife's uncle.
4 days is plenty to do both Universal Parks. You can do MOST of everything that is great at the original Universal Studios in one day. You need for sure TWO days at Islands of Adventures. The fourth day you can go back and repeat the things that you enjoyed the most.
This may sound weird, but I wish they would invest in enclosing the ride cars & make the vehicle itself able to convert the 3D aspect. I wear glasses and cannot wear contacts because I am allergic to them and those 3D glasses like to fly off my face. It’s not easy to hold them on with all the jerking. 🤷♀️

Of course the meetup is just going to be for those of us who can hang later and ride the coasters😀. Wish ME luck because that means I’ll be pulling a 16-17 hour park day lol. But this helps in terms of getting them on what they want to ride😃
