I tried these warm ups sets, and to be honest it really helped me push my limits, i used to afraid doing heavy weight squats, but after trying this warm up sets, i did 12 reps on 90kgs without support with full range of motion, and now i am going to try on 95kg or 100kg next week

Back When i used to play games actively. I was told by my coach Never do active leg stretches directly. This leads to more cramps. Better to start with leg roller to increase the blood circulation.
