- Today I take you on a tour of our artist studio apartment.
We've been renting the space for a year now and I thought it was finally time to share how I have things set up and where I work.
The space is a converted industrial warehouse building. Basically a huge box with lovely skylights, tall ceilings and no closets. I hope you enjoy this tour. If you have any questions I'm happy to answer them in the comments below!

This is one of the loveliest art studios/living spaces that I have seen. I'm a great fan of Ikea when used judiciously, but an art studio that has nothing but Ikea always seems so cold and soulless; more like a dentist's surgery than an art studio. So I love the way you have used the vintage/antique stuff with the more modern items. It's lovely and inspiring!
Not me the whole video hoping the pole in the living room was for pole dancing :p I am so glad I was right!
I can't wait to see the new studio tour if you ever do one, I am sure a lot of things will have evolved since then!

Naomi - you have Done an AMAZING Job in the Set-Up and Manifesting your "Girl Cave" for yourself - I have a 22x19x12 similar space ... but no where near the Beautiful "Signature" that you have managed !!! I'm impressed.... I'm actually wodnering how you can foord all this, this does not look cheap as a living and working space. So much room in such a good condition. It Looks amazing. (Ok, I can't wait for the day I can move in with my girlfriend and finally find something nice for us two to work and live in.....) But I bet there did go a lot of your own craftsmanship into this place, to make it look so neat?
What a great and unusual space. I totally agree about wearing shoes in the house. My shoe rack is in the hall closet by the front door.
