Before that, we played "Blades of Steel". A great game but no real teams or players, just cities. Or you could play Wayne Gretzky Hockey, for the NES. The first with real players. ,But pretty bad camera angles and shit gameplay. The dark ages.,LOL But if we could just take the positives, from those and take out the negatives.... Enter EA! Fast forward to 2003, Sweetness, plus a soundtrack of many memorable songs. Amazing gameplay and memories to last a lifetime.... Cheers for some good nostalgia. Lightly sprinkled with melancholy ;)

Coming off the high of the first win in 20 years and Florida was rolling. Game 2 the knies brain injury shook them. It shouldn’t have but it did. Losing Sammy in game 3 cost them game 3 and now the series is basically over. If knies could’ve avoided getting tangled with Bennett I think the leafs win in 6. But if if’s and buts were candy and nuts we’d all have a merry Christmas. Them the breaks in the playoffs.

The Leafs are not tough enough…they lacked heart and determination…if Auston plays with the same emotion as he interviews…well that’s telling…goaltending needs to be WAY stronger although Woll did a decent job at the end. When was the last time the Leafs had a top 5 goalie?…one who could steal games like Price did for Montreal…he was the only reason they made it to the finals few years back. Toronto needs that.
