💖One of my Basic needs are: Clear Communication, since IT gives me Basic Solid Ground of Trust and Connection. In Childhood my Parents never Talked about Feelings, they shouted at each other and I was their infj therapist to Bring more calm Ground in there. That brought me to: Not knowing whom I was, how to feel, how to communicate what I needed, I felt, and every time Something fearful or hurtful happened, I snaped Out Like a wounded Dog: "Dont Hurt me with your behavior."
As Long as the Relationships stayed very easy, shallow, nothing happened, but If Connections went deeper, IT could have happened that I got angry or sad again. But IT helped talking about my Feelings and eventually some might Take Care of those and could handle some confrontation communication together.
Awareness, communication, Honesty, observing, Patience, Compassion. Key. 💖

    You want wisdom?
How is it going to make any difference if the ones who cause such disorders in other people are NOT held accountable for their actions?? If we don't act on THAT, then nothing is ever going to change. Give those abusers a reason to think TWICE before doing it!
