When you heard the main theme in Infinity War start with the drums low in the background, you automatically knew what was about to happen
Kayla Ray I love how the music hints to the location and I also loved the avengers theme mixed with the wakandan trumpet part
yup. As soon as I heard the drums I knew it was Wakanda time
i freaked out
Damn right
Kayla Ray yeah
I lost my mind when I heard the Wakanda theme in infinity war
ceeoreo Same. I was so excited 😆
Such an amazing transition scene. Its even funnier since The Russo's confessed they made this scene before knowing how beloved the BP movie would be.
Which is funny considering how shit Black Panther was. Great music tho
I Apologize for this Comment - nice opinion. The actors in this movie are filthy rich now because of it though 🤔
@@ladysim160 "Ah yes, it made money so it must be good" - every two-bit brain dead dipshit within 1,000 kilometers of a movie theatre
"In my culture, death is not the end. It is more of a starting point. You approach with both hands, and Bast and Sekhmet lead you to the green fields where you can run forever"
- T'Challa rest in peace
Yes indeed you are right
That sounds very peaceful:,)
Wakanda forever
Funny enough, on the real actor's life, this was also the case. He was a Christian, and as such, death was only the beginning of something much more beautiful for him.
"Baaba Maal is from the Fulani tribe, and in the opening scene, you can hear him sing about an elephant that had just died, elephant being the synonym for the king. And it's time for someone to take over, but you shouldn't be too fast." -- composer, Ludwig Göransson
The beginning makes me imagine a sunrise.
arvin bhattacharya same
I'm imagine the lion king's intro
In the movie, it happened during the opposite.
arvin bhattacharya LoL thay played this when killmonger died looking at it it was sad even for him being the enemy which actually was one of the few marvel villains that had sympathy
arvin bhattacharya Absolutely!
Was not expecting Black Panther to have so much culture in it but I'm glad it did. Really good movie.
Max Frankow since this takes place in Africa I very much expected it to have a lot of culture and the movie didn’t disappoint.
Killer Blitz it wasn't even filmed in Africa haha
Barny Jake It was filmed in South Africa, Uganda and Zambia...
Barny Jake I know but it doesn’t need to be filmed in Africa to present African cultures and traditions well.
Max Frankow but it wasn’t even real culture, I mean yea the god they believed in was a real Egyptian god but other than that nothing else was real
Chadwick Boseman met his ancestors tonight. I like to think this played for them.
Here's to Mr. Boseman, Number 42, King T'Challa of Wakanda. May we never forget the kind person he was, and his heroism on and off the silver screen. He meant so much to the global community for his groundbreaking role and the heart he put into it.
May he never be forgotten, and may we all hold in our hearts a celebration and appreciation of what he did during his time on this planet.
Long live the king, father, friend, actor.

Boseman filmed so many big blockbusters one after another while undergoing cancer treatments. that's true strength. he clawed his way to the top of the world only to be blindsided by an awful disease
Wakanda Forever.
May he rest in paradise
He wouldve been blindsided anyways.. But you know what? He clawed on top regardless. That is the Hero spirit. And we all have it in us.
so true, had depression pushed him back and had he not done those super-block buster movies, world would not be mourning for him like it is now. He made the world remember him for a long time.
He gave Black Panther and Marvel the class it deserved with his talent. Wakanda is into now a popular culture and would be for a long time. Nobody knew black panther before him, but now it's among-st the most popular superheroes.
Long live The King

RIP Chadwick Boseman. Can't believe he's gone. We needed more Black Panther.😦
@Zwi@dowca yes, i bet the sequel will get delayed due to casting
We were getting a 2nd BP film but then CV ruined everyone's plans. Boseman also once said his dream was to play Jimi Hendrix in a film but that will never happen now. 😔
I'm so sad right now. He was such a talented actor. I want to watch all his other films this week.
Well there are a few actors that I know that could take the step to Black Panther, they just need to fit that image, Like Michael Jai White for example 🤷🏽♂️

Black Panther had the best music in the MCU. It was epic, unique and atmospheric. There's been some good standout tracks from the movies but Black Panther did it best imo.

This could definitely be an official theme for a future FIFA World Cup in an African country. Just listen to the second half.
1:21 The two teams enter the pitch.
1:40 The players, the accompanying children and the referees line up.
1:50 View of the entire field from above.
1:56 The commentators start speaking right before the national anthems.
Don't you remember of Waka Waka?
@@alejandrojimenez5067 really good song.
I can already imagine the beginning they had the first part of the theme where they sing and then the team comes out at 1:20
Then it did !!!
Uhh no it's for a movie. Why would we downgrade the song smh
"This never gets old"
Don't you mean "Dis nevah" gets old ?
"olrd"
And he’s right.
“I know somewhere”
“Dis nevah gets ol”
You will forever be our king. Rest in power dear Chadwick.
“In my culture, death is not the end.”
Apparently what he’s saying is a story about an elephant dying that foreshadows the king dying and the drums are saying T’challa (they used African talking drums) the composer is a genius
Antonnacio Clarke composer is Massamba Diop and Baaba Maal.
It is West african talking drums. I don’t know if other regions in Africa has those. Talking drums are unique to West Africans.
Yes talking drums are called Tama in senegal and Gambia
You're right coz today he gets an Oscar 🏆
I'm a Fula (Fulani) which the singer is too, he didn't said anything in this song , and after listening to him from a radio program, he said they told him not to say anything, all he need to do it shout as beautiful as he can without saying anything
If you haven't watched the movie yet, go do it. Cause it's worth your money.

DayTripper May be overhyped but its still a good ass blockbuster. We don't get many of those anymore.
ᏴᏞᎪᏟKJᎪᏟK por supuesto, vale la pena ver
STONEMATT yeah it was good but In my opinion it didn’t do anything to exceed just good. I pretty much knew what was going to happen like in a lot of marvel films and movies in general. The formula I see usually goes like this:
-Introduce hero
-Introduce villain
-Showcase the hero’s internal conflicts
-Hero fight villain and hero loses in some sort of way
-Hero trains or resolves their internal conflict
- Hero comes back stronger and beats bad guy
-The end
1:24 : The goosebumps just don't stop
Some were complaining about the hip hop music during all the trailers because Black Panther is African...they had no idea until they saw the movie that Black Panther was done some Justice with this music.
Agent SuperArgo Ikr, I loved how they did a mix of both hip hop/rap and actual African cultural music. That was a nice touch.
The authentic African music is sooo FRESH...never been presented on this scale I think. It's so beautiful, especially the singing. Makes me want to just run barefooted in the red soil...or whatever! LOL
But that hip hop theme was pointing killmonger
I left the theater hating the hip hop/rap parts, and loving the African parts. So basically what I got from the trailers😂

Love the fusion of traditional African music with western .
lolno what?
@lolno this definately african music mainly Senegalese rythm

The celebration ceremony of crowning T'Challa had me struck in awe. This film was such a celebration!
I cried SO HARD!!
I cried
The movie was one hell of a ride. And yeah the crowning of t'challa was dope
Yeah that was cool but I loved the "IS THIS YOUR KING?" Part
Jalilm17 I’m still having moments of tears
Why this score is great it's because you can imagine yourself in Africa, in Wakanda and makes you wanna go there. First part, more tribal kinda shows you tradition and gives you chills, but the second part simply pumps adrenaline and gets you excited. The score itself sums up the movie
Couldn't agree more!
Love this song. Brings me to tears. Makes me want to claim Wakanda as home since African American. We do feel lost in the Americas. I have no idea of my lineage, my people. In the States you are taught that African History starts with slavery. That is a LIE that no one corrects. I had to do my own research to find out about the African Empires pre Transatlantic Slave Trade. Wakanda Forever. Chad Boseman is 🍫 eye 🍬. Love him. 😍😍😍😍😀

As an african, I am proud to say Marvel DEFINETLY didn't drop the ball when it came to cultural aspects. They did such a good job, and I can assure you that any and every cultural aspect of this movie is 99.99999999 percent correct.
I love African heritage, their creativity, their majestic looks, their deep wisdom, their beautiful voices all have perfect tones and depth that makes you feel like they have been here so, so many years. The way they all have perfect sculpted faces and bodies as though they were the first made humans and I'm thinking they were, just my opinion. I was fortunate to grow up as a child in a strong community with a family from the roots of Africa and when I walked into their home I felt like I was in an African museum, they had statues and things I never seen before and foods I never ate before the amazing smells still lingers in my mind. Africa is beautiful and I do think it needs more to be in the movies and all around media so people can learn more about these amazing people we are lucky to call our brothers and sisters. Definitely my favorite marvel movie. If you haven't seen it, it's a must. Just bought the DVD today!
Purple Butterfly Africa needs alot of work hun.
Not really. Africa is a continent not a country some are first world and some are third world. Some are Americanized, some hold on to old values. I am a proud descendant of Africa.
Angela Cooper there's not a single first world African country, besides maybe South Africa, but that's a little generous. And no African country is Americanized lol?America has had no influence in Africa at all.besides Hollywood movies and some music.if anything alot of Africa was "westernized" by colonization by Europeans.
who the Hell are you? im just gonna ignore you cause youre an idiot
