Killmonger Suite | Black Panther (Original Soundtrack) by Ludwig Göransson

Killmonger died too soon, easily one of the best villains in the MCU and had so much potential to be reused in the future if it called for it. His theme is also one of the most memorable themes in the MCU, thanks to the endlessly talented Ludwig Göransson. Built atop a pulsing beat representing his Oakland upbringing, his theme has two different parts; an ascending, somber motif reflecting his trauma and pain, and a menacing, villainous motif played on low, foreboding strings. African shrieking and whistles are also used for Killmonger to represent his Wakandan heritage, which is equally as painful to him. Together, it creates a menacing, villainous theme that encompasses the ruthless efficiency and power Killmonger has.

Unrelated to Black Panther, but I found you through your Pacific Rim videos. Pacific Rim is my all time favorite movie, and its soundtrack is an underrated part of an underrated movie. Speaking of, what did you think of The Black? I am ambivalent towards it; there are a lot of things it could have done better, and a few it did well. Overall it was a good attempt, but could have been better.
