- So I got a call for a Toyota 4Runner down in the wash. Little issues made it so it couldn't make it out on it's own.

Random puppy: lost under bridge
Matt: We'll get 'em out!
UT has a 5-day stray policy before "disposal". Unfortunately, I don't think that dog was "rescued".
@@vipahman Then Utah is officially an asshole state.
@@vipahman You are absolutely correct. Poor dog!
@@vipahman Bro wtf first I was happy he was saved, now I'm sad 😢
@@vipahman
I see you and three other people in this thread that either need to put up, or shut up. Either create a no kill shelter there, or donate enough to one already there so they can save all the lost puppies. Or don't say anything. That will just make someone else feel bad. Or maybe make a comment about how you want to get people to rally around your cause and create a no kill shelter. You might get a large response.
Ayeeee! There it is!!! My poor 4RUNNER! I can’t thank you guys enough for your help that day! Awesome group of people, very helpful! Was a little bummed I didn’t have my lug key but you guys made the whole situation bearable and got me back on the road so I could continue my trip! Thanks again!!! 🤙🏼
So what happened? Pop your tire on a rock? Didn't air down enough before you started?
Scrolled way too far to find this. I was thinking, why didn't he just put the perfectly good spare on?
@@mishmasta Some people do not carry a spare which is odd. Put on the spare and ride on.
@@mishmasta he had a spare, but he cant remove the lock lug nuts because he forgot the keyed socket. They towed the car back to the garage where he welded a nut onto the locked nut and take it out that way.
@@mishmasta Did you not watch the video at all? He literally says why.
Thanks for rescuing that little dog 🐕 Matt , you’ve gained a whole new degree of admiration in my book ….
Today, as he did on many occasions, Matt showed us his true colours. Saving that little dog for me is worth a thousand episodes and 1 billion viewers
tom tom looks like the younger brother of Tim McVeigh...
Honestly I don't know how they would have done that last job without Trevor. His assessment of the situation was flawless. His leadership and direction of his team was second to none. I've watched a lot of recoveries and that Forrester wasn't just "by the book" Trevor threw the book out and wrote a superior one. Good on you sir!
I was expecting him to rewire it too.
Looks like another raise for Trevor!
Honestly, the whole team could have died in that situation had it not been for Trevor's masterful leadership and nerves of steel in a high stress situation. Give this man a raise.
Trevor needs a raise!
It was an Ascent lol
This video has everything -- chops, pup, rescue, beautiful Utah scenery, Trevor. It has everything except tie-down straps.
If you send them some, I bet they would feature them in a video!
@@davidscott5903 and still leave them at the shop.

I can't tell you how much I love the fact that Matt took the time make sure that dog was squared away as a dog lover thank you man for showing the rest of us how we should act and what we should do in situations like that good man

Technically they stopped to collect the tie down straps for the trailer. But I agree that they helped the dog shows they are awesome!
Maybe he just got lost & some looking for him
Matt if you can please keep us updated on the pup. As a dog lover, I hope that everything works out for it.
@@ddawe31635 didn’t look like he had a tag. If he’s chipped the shelter will find it. Looks like a dog that might have been dumped. Who knows… never attribute to malice what could be attributed to stupidity or mishap.
@@dsauce8780 unless you are talking about politics, then just assume malice first ;0)
I was here to give you a hard time about not having straps as usual... But then you rescued a little dog so just gonna give you props for that!
Yeah, dirty rim, but, I would've brought a squirt bottle of soapy water and some starter fluid, popped it right back on with the flash. Guy didn't really need to pay for a trailering.
@@MattsAwesomeStuff I think his issue was that he didn’t have the key for his lug nuts and Matt can’t send a customer down the road with a trail side tire fix because of insurance.
@@TayTayVideoGaming Oh, you're right, that makes sense.
Love that Matt saved the dogs life and gave him some water 🙏🏼 thanks Matt you and the crew are awesome 👊🏻

Trevor did an amazing job recovering the car all by himself...
Trevor needs a raise!
He's the real MVP!
Get him a box to stand on for giving orders.
Yeah that Trevor is the glue holding that Recovery team together. Not all heros wear capes.
Trevor's off road recovery...with friends
THANK YOU for rescuing the Dog :-)
Man I just love Ed. He’s a trooper, he just gets to work and stops when the job is done. Keep on keepin on Ed.
LOVE your work. As a 20 year EMT working ambulance I have one word. Seatbelts.
They hardly ever wear seatbelts and it kinda bugs me. Especially on the highway with vehicles built for off-road and no modern safety features like airbags.
*I love waking up to a fresh episode of mats off-road recovery!👍*
I’d agree. Eating cereal and just got the notification 🤣🤣
You mean Trevor and his team dessert off road adventures?
“Come up with a better one next time” 😂 she burned you good Matt
Matt was morrtified after that burn...
He needs to put morr effort in next time......
Such a great line!
Waiting for the spin off channel, "Lizzy's Dad Joke Recovery" Where you get charged by the joke. So unless its a good one, you better stay on the path :)..
I'm relatively new to watching these videos- happy accident that I stumbled upon your channel - I can't turn away. I'm hooked! However... the part where you stopped everything just to make sure that little dog was ok.... that has me far more impressed than some of the rescues (still amazing). Thanks for all you do!
I respect you even more for the care you gave that dog
Thank you for saving the pup! Can we get an update??? Poor guy probably would've died out there if you guys didn't stop there
hope they took it to a rescue and not a 'pound'.
Matt says she has been reunited with her family, update is on its way.
saving the pooch was the best part
Thank you for rescuing the pup. You guys never disappoint!!!
Trevor's confident management style makes the work load seem light. The morale is out the roof as well, excellent work peoples, a real pleasure to watch.
That pup was too cute, friggen broke my heart.. hope he's okay
He'll be fine. He looked dehydrated, but that's fixable.
What a great episode! Ed’s sales training is paying off, Trevor got some exercise, Matt saved a dog and Lizzie was truly bad ass! And all is just a day at work. Keep ‘em coming!
Love how you guys instantly helped the dog and jefe noticed it right away as well.good people looking out.
Matt- “put it in reverse, give it a little gas, is the parking brake off? ....Customer, “ok” -all 4 tires locked up being dragged......🤦🏼♂️
Parking does not apply to all 4 tyres by the way
Didnt know but it seems many cars today & for some years have automatic parking brakes that the computer can engage.. Saw Matt & crew trying to figure out how to disengage it on a BMW they recovered in another video..
Matt's Off Road Recovery and Pet Rescue...Awesome!
We need a video dedicated to the words of wisdom and other epic quotes from Trevor. The unsung hero of Matt's Recovery !
I was happy to see that all the guys were up for the job of watching Lizzie put those ramps away. Was worried one of them might break a nail but they came away from it unscathed.
Poor little doggy. I'm so glad there's people besides me that makes sure they help any animal in distress.
For someone that "doesn't run", Trevor sure does a lot of running
LOL... Maybe Trevor should start a "Vlog Excercise training" Videos .... I am dying here, cause all can can picture is the Forest Gump movie, but with the Morvair out front, Trevor following and a bunch of People following carrying Cameras... then the S#!t Happens part...
Trevor is running, panting or playing with wires.
I thought that too. All.he does is run...maybe someday he will be in shape...ha
@@brianthibodeau8022 Hell, he is a Hell of a lot better shape then me..lol

Trevor did a great job! Of course, so did Lizzy, Ed, Rudy, Tom-Tom and Matt! Let's not forget the various customers who did a fantastic job getting stuck or in trouble; without them, we wouldn't be here enjoying the fabulous teamwork! 😂
Matt and his crew more like family to him, as well he has a great heart saving that puppy, simply the best!.!
thank you for helping that dog, some one dumped it, they would be shot if i would find them, can u tell i love dogs..
Trevor (when Rudy ‘forgot’ he was in the car): “Ruuuuudy!”
Matt, God bless you for helping that dog, without help in the desert it's future would have been bad,it's show of fear probably means it's past experience with people wasn't good,God bless you for saving him/her,you gave it a drink of water out of your hand, brought tears to my eyes, made my day,Thankyou.
Trevor needs another raise.
Kudos for the doggo rescue as well.
Thanks for taking care of the pup!! 🐶
So many would of left the dog. Thanks Matt, you're a good dude.
OMG Trevor is such a star. Way to go buddy. I love watching these videos. I started watching when I got laid off during Covid and haven't stopped. The whole crew seem like nice enough people. Trevor seems like he's a lot of fun. You can tell he just did what he did because Rudy forgot to mention him and then made the comment that Trevor had to make it all about him. Funny dude that Trevor. Nice job turning the camera around in selfie mode to include yourself in every shot and being Captain Obvious giving the orders.
Puppy Rescue too! Just an all-round rescue service. Lizzy sharing her drink! Probably someone dumped the poor thing. Grey shirts are probably cooler than black. Yes, could not have done it without Trevor's dynamic leadership. I do not know how you all would have made it without him! He is just so Humble.

It's real, wholesome, educational, and fun.

Spot on! And they're helping people (and animals!) too.
That rear ‘dig’ shows just how good you are at your jobs…..well done to ALL of you!👍👍
Those who help animals have a special soul. Thank you for helping that little pup.
I've known some people who would have just left the dog there. Bless you for doing the right thing and helping.
Ed doing a recovery has made my year!

Ed is the man not many people could back up that good!
My brain: “Man.. I’m surprised that they don’t have any straps.”
*not having straps puts you in the right place at the right time to save that dog.*
My brain: “Well, that’s another instance of ‘sometimes things happen for a reason’.”
Stellar job on Trevor's part. Don't know how they ever done it before this
Thank you for taking the time to help that poor pup, you are awesome!
"We'll get em out with Matt's Yellow Yank 'Em Rope" - gotta love Ed!
Ed killed that backing job! Y'all keep him moving, and that's amazing!

Doing a service where 99% of the people thank-you when you are done feels good. Great jobs all around.
Trevor makes an awsome commentator/ supervisor. His directions were spot on and the team followed his lead. Nice job Trevor.
Trevor better get that raise now. He does it all...electrical systems, complete recoveries, etc.
Ed is what we call on the east coast as an 'Old Salt'. Totally complimentary.
ah'yuh. He'd even classify as a 'wickhad pissah'. He's welcome to have a beer my dooryard any day!
He'd be a Sourdough in Alaska .... love Ed
@@ewingfox6459 haha, was thinking that same thing, Ed could definitely be an old Mainer.
Haven't seen or heard that term for years. Where I came from it meant a solid man totally honest and reliable.
As a dog lover, I was tearing up over the pupper. You probably just saved its life and that is beyond words.
Nice job with the pup I rescued a Shepard from a junkyard in Las Vegas. We saved each other. To date the best thing that ever happened to me.
Lizzy knows her stuff, is tough, will perform the,,, less than pleasant tasks and has a pleasant, can do attitude. That's a rare combination these days. You go girl !!
Good thing Trevor was there to make sure Rudy didn’t go too crazy. It’s a tough job but someone has to do it.
I have always liked this channel but now I love it for taking care of the dog!!!
Nice solution: REAR DIG! 😎💛 Oh, and great job, Trevor ‼️
You guys just went up 150% in awesome by rescuing that little doggy 🐕

good on for helping the dog, it says much about who you guys are and that is a positive
How is that little dog doing now?
Trevor, you did a good job on that last one. It is always important for management to convince the laborers that it is a team effort and they are doing good work. We know who runs the show, though.
Your Videos Are Great.. BUT the Fact that you cared Enough to take care of that Puppy??.. Makes you THE MAN.... I've Always "judge" folks by the way they Treat Animals.. and it hasn't ever lead me Wrong... You're a Good man Matt..
Yes totally agree with comments about the dog. Of course Matt would take care of a poor stray! Gives it water and scratches the head calming the poor nervous pup.😋
It's always a good MORRning when I got a new recovery video to watch.

so cool to rescue that poor little thing out in the desert 👍🏼
love how so many people go off road with cars that were built for blacktop driving ,, keep it up people your keeping Matt's Off Road Recovery Busy .. Matt might need a 3rd off road truck too keep up with the people ..
I love the new back road areas to see and explore. Utah never gets old even if you have seen it a thousand times.
Can't wait to start wheeling and it's all because of yall!!
Install a Matt’s recovery rope decal in the back window so it reads correctly. Great entertaining videos. Keepem coming !
Trevor on winches... "They have their place"... Coming from the rollback operator. I got it! 😂🤣
When a Trevor decides to expand on his on camera fame. He should start a peloton group. “Ok everyone have a camera on a stick? Lets start running in place in your kids sand box! Get those knees up!! No droopy camera sticks!😆
Matt I like how you guys include as many members of the team as possible in your videos.
Trevor in the supervisor role was definitely interesting for sure.
I agree with Lizzy I use drink mix all the time plain water is nasty
You got them out and got that puppy the help it needed. Great work.
I stopped by the office yesterday. Matt and Ed were deep in the middle of fabricating on the banana. Even though you were right in the middle of some work, it was nice to stop and talk for a minute and get a picture. Both great guys. Thinking back, I should have offered to swing a camera since it looked like your crew was elsewhere.

Just a quick thank you for all of the hard work you do to provide us good good content all the time. Seems like you guys are working harder to get the right shots than you are pulling out stuck cars! At least today you did.
By this point Trevor could run a 10 mile race, with a cam in his hand lol xD
