The man is spot on but the kind of leadership we have is not government but looks more like cartels that's why everything is unorganised. Land is controlled by chiefs and land guards. Taxes are controlled by few wicked politicians. Markets are controlled by assembly guards and mafias. To succeed in farming, you have to separately deal with these different cartels meanwhile, leaders of these cartels are always unreasonable and wicked.
