When ppl talk about problems in Nigeria all i see is opportunities, 200m ppl who needs products and services every day, that's one of the largest market in the world, if we quit nagging and actually engag ourselves in profitable ventures posterity will thank us. Look at it this way, there are 9800 millionaires in Nigeria (ie, ppl worth $1m in assets) so if over 9k ppl can succeed here on that scale then the problem is no longer Nigeria, the responsibility now lies with you, Nigeria's problems are not peculiar to you, so redirect your energy. The major obstacle to people's greatness is their mindset. Most Nigerians believe if they don't travel abroad they won't be successful and try to tarnish the country's image at every opportunity. 220 million people is no joke, just that people rather nag and whine at everything whereas others with more positive energy and mindset are cashing in..
I don't think it is a matter of APC etc.. The point is when Ìgbòs come to the south west and then want to take over the polity and start dictating and telling them its no man's land and that they can control what they want. This is where the issue is because I know from many experiences that Ìgbò can never accommodate Yòrùbá or any other tribe outside of their own the way we Yòrùbá have accommodated everyone. And when we say anything, the next is you start insulting our people. That is the main problem everyone has with Ìgbò and its not just Yòrùbá, but go to Edo, south south, the north it is the same problem and issues everyone has with you. Everybody cannot be wrong about you. You have to change your ways - if I welcome you to my house and you want to now tell it is yours, prepare for whatever you will get. Simple.
Well in farming you can do one product and make money... All you need do is farm in batches so you don't run out of products... But mixed farming is best and saves you money...
His diversification is probably not better for himself because there is such high demand and so specialising could make him more profit, but it is definitely better for his staff. He doesn't have to let most of them go when the harvest is over. I think that's commendable.

That is the main problem everyone has with Ìgbò and its not just Yòrùbá, but go to Edo, south south, the north it is the same problem and issues everyone has with you. Well in farming you can do one product and make money... All you need do is farm in batches so you don't run out of products... But mixed farming is best and saves you money...
Smart man, he challenged the difficulties , he set off a plan and sticked on it.
His diversification is probably not better for himself because there is such high demand and so specialising could make him more profit, but it is definitely better for his staff. He doesn't have to let most of them go when the harvest is over. I think that's commendable.
