Where is the farm located?

The man is spot on but the kind of leadership we have is not government but looks more like cartels that's why everything is unorganised. Land is controlled by chiefs and land guards. Taxes are controlled by few wicked politicians. Markets are controlled by assembly guards and mafias. To succeed in farming, you have to separately deal with these different cartels meanwhile, leaders of these cartels are always unreasonable and wicked.

His productivity is too low. 26 crates for 1000 birds means that 780 of 1000 birds are laying and thus 22% dont lay. He's spending money feeding birds that don't being anything back in return.

Please what is the quantity of feed do you give 1000 birds a day.

Is not possible to achieve that amount of money in a month...even with 6000 birds you get st least 60-70k monthly

Gh3,000 profit per month is very low. You're producing 20crates per day with 600 birds, thats 100% efficiency. A crate of egg is gh50 making gh50× 20crates that is gh1000 per day and gh30,000 per month. Expenses should be at most gh20,000 making a monthly profit of gh10,000
