Airfryer pork chops with fusili pasta

  • FULL RECIPE:
    Ingredients:
    4 pork chops
    500g of fusili pasta
    2 spoons of tomato pulp/paste
    Extra Virgin olive oil
    Sea salt & black pepper
    Sweet & hot paprika
    Provential herbs
    1 spoon of unsalted butter
    Method:
    Start by seasoning the pork chops with salt, black pepper, sweet and hot paprika & provential herbs. Add a drizzle of oil as well. Let it rest for around 20 minutes before cooking them, for better taste.
    Put them in the airfryer for 12 minutes at 190º celsius.
    Prepare the fusili pasta by cooking it with just enough water to fill the raw pasta and cook for at least 12 minutes (This way it will be al dente)
    Method for cooking pasta. I add the water to the pan and let it boil in high heat. When the water is boiled I turn down the heat and add the pasta, then I leave it for the 12 minutes.
    Chop up two cloves of garlic and at least 5/6 cherry tomatoes in halves.
    Heat up a frying pan with some olive oil, add the garlic and cherry tomatoes. Add the cooked and drained pasta and sauteé the pasta with some seasoning to your liking a 1 spoon of unsalted butter. I put some sweet and hot paprika with some lemon juice, as they go very well together.
    You can also add some of the pasta water to have some nice juice. Simmer it for at least 20 minutes with a lid on in low heat. Enjoy the recipe!
